The best lens/camera is the one that makes you want to go out and shoot
that would be a Glock 17 than ;)

I’m absolutely loving my Sigma 50mm f1.4. Amazing lens not just for street photography but product shots, portraits, video and all sorts. Fast becoming one of my favourite primes next to the 24mm
This POV walking around street photography style video is my favorite thing to see on your channel. Amazing video as usual. Geep up the good work.
You got some fantastic shots! I agree, the new way Instagram organizes hashtags sucks. Used to explore different lenses, cameras, etc and sort by newest and actually discovered lots of relatively unknown but skilled photographers. Now it's just the same pictures every time that are most "popular"
Took the sigma 50 1.4 to Vegas and loved it
I use the sigma 50mm f1.4 art its amazing!
I really love it! I’ve shot a few portraits with it now too and it’s super sharp 😍
A pleasure to watch you videos. This one couldn’t have come at a better time. I have literally been looking at the lens today. You have definitely help make my mind up.
Top work mate 😎
85mm is the most versatile imo. Best portrait lens, and nobody really talks enough about how good it is for other things too especially street. The perspective is super unique.
Personally, the one focal length i can't deal with is 35. composition-wise it never looks quite right to me. BUT yes, I agree the best lens is the one you have atm.
50 mm better than 85mm
Welcome home 🎉
6:59 that is an insane photo. The colors 🤌🏽
Definitely see you in the next video … love your street photography
Love my sigma 50mm f2 nice and compact on the full frame easy to put in a shoulder cary case and take everywhere without feeling like a chore to bring.
Love this POV style videos. Makes me wanna go out =) thanks
I shoot with several focal lengths, but my favorite is 50 MM
Love the streets ❤ so beautiful
Don't worry Sam, if I see you on the streets of Wellington here I'll def shout you coffee ☕ in addition to a 'Hi' 📸📸📸💫👍
For me sony 50 f1.2 for more background & sigma 105 f1.4 for close up shot
You finally made it to Nice! Been a while since I started watching your vids and happy to see you finally made it to my home town haha 😊
Enjoy your trip
P.S: would be lovely if one day you could host a workshop meetup here, but I guess Im fantasizing
great vid sam
I really like your videos. If you can summarise in the end of the video with some of the good photos that would be great!
I am still waiting for Sony to make a decent pancake 28mm prime 🤞 I currently use the Sony 20-70mm F4 for most of my street work and even though its performance is excellent I usually miss having a smaller lens with me 😛Great work as always man!
As a starter for street photography i always trying to use the classic 35mm
Great work man! Just bought the 85 sigma today, what a coincidence, can’t want to take it out. You shoot in aperture priority during night time?
I just got an 80mm on my medium format and I like it a lot. I think it’s equivalent to 63mm or 64mm fov? It’s a little easier to exclude things from the frame than with a 50 which I like (though, I don’t do street photography). I wonder if there are any prime lenses close to the on full frame? Maybe like a 65mm? Anyway, great video and great photos!
Hey!
will you come In Milan also?! 😬😬😬
I find 24(or 28)-70mm gives perfect versatility for street photography. Worth carrying the extra weight.
cheers from Budapest, Sam! lI ove that you always deliver really high quality videos.
can you try nikon d3200 for street photography
can you make a video with the canon r6 or r6 mark ii. thinking of bying one but can´t decide
I have 50mm art 1.4 too but hsm and i love it. Few days ago i just bought viltrox 16mm f1.8 and wow that lens is amazing if u need wider view. Test this lens!
TBH I really dont think we can say any lense is better then the other. It depends on your mood, style and location (motive)
Love these vids, thanks for the upload.
I was considering that Sigma 45mm for it's compact size, seems like a perfect fit for the Sony A7c, would you say the IQ was good enough?
100% that set up sounds perfect to me! I’m actually looking at swapping to the A7Cr maybe soon. To have a more compact setup ❤
I’ve got the 55-210mm for Sony a7ii, any recommendations for better street photography?
just a 50mm 1.8 or 85mm 1.8! not expensive but it takes beautiful images.
I need a budget lens for car photography can you make a video explaining some please
Sure!! I’ll have a think 🙏
😎🤓🥰
Wait, I thought the Sony 600mm was best for street photography...
Shhh 🤫 don’t give away the secrets 😂
Bait title, the video is not about the Sony 85mm GM II
😂😂😂 I’d do a video on it if I could get one off Sony 😂😂
My fav is 135
Such a good focal length 😍
