Most of us can relate to the statement, "Well, this is as good as life gets." In fact, many of us remember the 1997 romantic comedy-drama, "As Good as it Gets" where Jack Nicholson was determined to avoid any spiritual insights in by staying committed to his ways of "pushing life away" rather than embracing the joy that was all around him. What are the long-held beliefs about life or yourself that keep you separated from the joy and inspiration that is all around you. How can you develop the courage to let life be great and in so doing bless all those that come your way. As in the film, let's laugh our way into a kinder more authentic version of yourself, and become the best version of ourselves!
