    Thank you for making this video. I've been thinking of getting an A3 and this is really helpful in decision making :)

    Thanks for taking the time to do the video. Looks like a nice car and am thinking of getting one. Will definitely opt for smaller wheels 😂. 👍

      @Idajosefin01 yes that works well and will work at motorway speeds. It does help to improve MPG. I'm average around 50 mpg

    This saloon or limousine variant as some like to call it is a real sleeper. Great value for the price and great car. I have the sportsback which I love but i do think this style is nicer on longer drives.

    Great video, Do you have the "My Audi" app on your phone, if you have is the phone talking to the car and putting the individual settings note on screen each time you connect. Just a thought. I have a A3 sportback black edition on order so very similar to yours. Thanks.

      Thanks for the comment. Yes, that's been suggested by the dealer . Interestingly it's stopped doing that message now for the last few months 🤔👍

    Have you experienced the kangarooing ? I think its especially common on the older 1.4 engines but i have the A3 2020 with 35 tfsi manual and i experience it about first 30 sec when the engine is cold. Not a big problem at all but a little frustrating

      Yes I get this sometimes as you say when cold. Must be overfuel rich mixture

    Now that you've driven this and put a few miles on , how does it compare to the BMW 1 series you previously had? Would you go back if you could choose between the two?

    • @life_on_cars
      @life_on_cars  Год назад +1

      The 1 series was dynamically much better (road holding and manners) if that makes sense 👍 however the Audi has a lot more tech.

      @@life_on_cars Im in the market for a 1 series but the 118D there's so much extra optional wise to choose from... My only gripe is the rear room for passengers and I'm undecided wether to go Manual or Auto Transmission??
