I appreciate all your mt12 info. Its been invaluable. I was hoping you could do a video on making on/off switches using bottom add-on toggle switches. For surface vehicles it its nice to be able to turn on lights, speakers, fans motors...but then be able to turn them off if draining battery on longer runs.

Hello Bill. Great videos that you have and they have helped me a lot. I have a radio master Boxer radio and am using Inav. Everything works great, all the flight mode work as they should. When I hit rth it works great in the air. I did a test on the ground and shut off my radio and nothing happens. It will not go into rth. I've tried everything to setup no pulses and I just can't figure it out. I found in the Elsr setup where I can find the receiver to setup failsafe but it does not give me a no pulse option. Please help. Regards, Alex

Hi Alex, I do not have INAV experience but if RTH is working in the air and not on the ground and you are at home I would guess you do not have GPS lock.

Thank you for the reply, You are correct. I placed the model next to a window and as soon as I received a 3d lock and able to arm the model the rth worked as it was suppose to.

Ok drag racer here. Can I go into drive mode under fade in and tell it to gradually go to 100% throttle over a set amount of time while I hold the throttle full throttle.

Hi Drag Racer, all you need to do is go to Mixes Ch1 Throttle and edit Slow Up I would suggest starting with 1.0

I just purchased the Radiomaster MT12 surface radio. I’m trying to create a “launch control” function (for drag racing). I need to be able to adjust throttle percentage and the time it takes to clear that range, i.e. 0-30% throttle in .5 second.
I would like to be able to create multiple stages like this, i.e. 0-30% in .5sec, 30-45% in .2sec, etc. I would like to have multiple stages (at least 8 possibly more).
I would like to be able to toggle the stages off and on the fly i.e 2 stage launch or 8 stage launch or any option in between.
I would also be looking to adjust the throttle percentage and stage time on the fly i.e. 0-30% in .5sec to 0-35% in .45sec on the fly.
For ease of use I would like the maximum level of the previous stage to control the minimum level of the next stage, i.e. a 5% increase in stage 1 from 0-30% to 0-35% would make the minimum of stage 2 go from 30-45% to 35-45%.
I got this radio because I love to tinker. I’m totally new to edgeTX but I’m excited to figure out how to utilize the software. I am not looking for someone to do all the hard work for me, just point me in the right direction.
This would be like the seed control function in the Futaba 7PXR
    TIA

This is interesting for me. I am a long term airplane and drone pilot so new to RC cars. This is a very interesting setup, I will look into this and get back to you. Fantastic question for a tinkerer like me too 👍🏻

@@the-happy-RC-flyer thank you so much for your quick reply. If you can figure this out and post a video I would definitely be willing to share it with the drag racing community, which would get you a good amount of views and introduce a lot of new people to your channel. There are a lot of people who have purchased this radio for this exact reason in the drag race community and we’re all trying to figure it out, there are very few people who are familiar with edge TX. So I figured coming to someone who understands the software would be the quickest way to get a basic concept. I look forward to seeing what you can do with this. Thank you again.

The simplest way to achieve this is go to Mixes Ch1 Throttle and adjust the Slow Up maybe start with 1.0 The value could be set up as a global variable to a rotary switch do you could adjust it on the fly.

Hello @bill Great Videos for EDGE TX ..Could you make a video for MT12 with linear throttle scaling just like the default surface which we receive with ARRMA cars is SLT3 which has 3 position throttle value 50%,75%,100% Same can you make a video for MT12 with SA switch(3 position-50%,75%,100%)

Hi, I will make a video in the future but to help you now.
      MIXES:
      To Ch1 insert 2 lines
Original line: weight 100 Switch SA ^
      2nd line: weight 75 Switch SA -
3rd line: weight 50 Switch SA (back)
You should be good to go.

@@the-happy-RC-flyer Also do we need to add any offset ..Say if we reduce weight to 75% then offset to 25.
      n so on..?

      You should not need to.
