2 reasons for the second door: 1. Direct access to the bathroom without dragging dirt through your trailer. 2. If people are sleeping in the living room pull outs you can still get outside.
Not to mention, with those slides, it might not even be accessible while traveling. We have to open at least 1 slide partially in our OR to use the head.
But also the slides could be pushed in and u have to use the bathroom so it's direct access because you will not be able to get there with the first door.
My wife and I bought this same model 2 years ago! We were already full time RVers! We love this RV! The refrigerator is bigger than most homes! The storage in kitchen is tremendous! When traveling, with tanks empty, it keeps the weight down! Because of the aluminum structure, I can pull it with my 20 year old F250!
Absolutely great layout. Best front kitchen layout I've seen so far. If there was a sliding door to a rear patio in that bedroom, I'd have a tough decision to make.
Lino easy to mop floor, and lots of throw rugs to choose from that are machine washable, unless you prefer to rent, or buy a rug steam cleaner for that wall to wall carpet, which is a lot more hassle. Cheers 🍻
This is my favorite RV. Hands down. That kitchen is amazing. The size of the bedroom is amazing. Carpet in the bedroom is what I prefer. Love the layout. Front kitchen and rear bedroom is perfect for lakes. Beautiful!
I've got to with either vinyl or linoleum. I'm not a great housekeeper so being able to sweep everything and not having to worry about cleaning carpet when I spill something is ideal. Thanks for the video!
As soon as you get done with the monsters. Can you possibly do a batch of 34 to 38 footers. 3/4 ton and SRW 1 ton owners, need some comparisons too. Weight and size matter plus the maneuverability for those of us that travel more than park.
Love the Keystone Alpine! My favorite floor plan is the 3701FL. You should do a video of the 3701FL as the master bathroom is HUGE and very spacious with double sinks, lots of cabinets and a large shower. Has a ½ bath too. We've looked at a lot of large 5th wheel brands/models and have never seen such an awesome bathroom as the 3710FL has. The master bedroom arrangement I think is better with easier access to the washer/dryer. A new similar model is the 3712KB which has a walk-in pantry that is awesome in lieu of the ½ bath . Hope to see these models on your channel soon. Thanks so much.
B Richter we had that Alpine 3701fl and we sold it. There are only two windows on the kitchen side of the trailer. The kitchen was way too small. Yes the bathroom was nice, however we spend more time in the kitchen than the bathroom. Upgraded to Grand Design 390rk. The kitchen is in the back and is huge. The bathroom is large as well and so many windows! JD, please review our new home!
Being a two year old video I dig this floor plan. That kitchen is pretty great. Like the home feel of the living room too. Not sure I like the location of the washer dryer. Feel like it may be a pain loading and unloading being so close to the bed. Overall I think this floor plan has won me over a bit.
Love the videos, you always give a thorough and thoughtful walkthrough. Just a note from watching this one: the lighting goes up and down due to autoexposure which makes it difficult to see some of the details of the RV. My suggestion would be closing the blinds before doing the inside portion of the video, as it would block the bright sunlight and make the camera know to keep things brighter. Thanks for all the content!
So happy to see a BTBRV video pop up!!! So far, this is my favorite unit. I love the front kitchen area. If I had the money and an F550 I’d buy it. It’s gorgeous!! As far as flooring, I’d much rather have the linoleum. You can always throw down a small rug or two.
Love this 5th wheel. One of my favorite designs for sure. I think I like carpet in the bedroom only, first thing getting up in the morning or in the middle of the night it seems to be less of a shock to the feet.
Keystone makes pretty good quality campers. I've had the pleasure of owning 2 Keystone campers. If you could find a cameo 392br close to you to walk through and make video alot of people would maybe find it interesting. Its a very different floor plan for sure
Tiny homes are definitely great we live in one! They value is the customization that you get in that build that you can’t really get in a 5th wheel. This one though is extremely nice I could definitely live in this
As a full timer I appreciate your videos! Excellent walkthroughs and educational content. I would like to see your thoughts and review of the Cedar Creek 5th wheels. God bless!
Great video as usual. Very impressive kitchen! I could see my wife spending most of the day that kitchen! I would have preferred the W/D in the bathroom instead of the bedroom. I'm OK with carpet in the bedroom, and I would like to see more 5th wheels having a 2nd entrance into the bathroom directly from the bedroom. Otherwise a very nice unit for the price.
Wow, i’ve been watching tons of RUclips videos on trailers, but this one hands-down has to be my top five, Was that a mini fridge that was in the master bedroom bottom right.
Amazing wow. I’m blown away. Love this. Just have to go to Texas to get it. Ugh. Wish I knew the price range..hint, hint. This makes my current RV seem like a baby. Seriously gonna look into this. Thanks again Happy Trails
I LOVE this 5th wheel! It's just missing a that mid multi use/bunk room that I NEED! Lol husband and I need that for office space. We need something that is private and quiet, designated and functionable! This 5th wheel is otherwise perfect. I wish I could find a layout similar to this that had that mid bunk/multi use room (in that room we want the jack knife sofa and that desk and storage area on the opposite side. We don't mind if there's that extra fold down bunk above the couch either) but I know that's probably not even an option at this time lol I haven't seen anything like that yet, and I have seen SO many trailers lol And this kitchen ABSOLUTELY has more counter top space then my 3700 square foot sticks and bricks house 😂😂 Jeesshh this 5th wheel is stunning. I love this one.
That is one of the largest kitchens ibe ever seen in any camper much less a 5er. Like the extensive cabinet and residential fit like you said. Very social friendly. Sooo many slides makes a big difference.
Because I have used my RV for work travel in the winter up north, I would say carpet in the bedroom would be a nice welcome layer of insulation. I still don't care for carpet, but in an RV bedroom, its not a horrible choice.
BTBRV, I have seen a couple of these now where these RV have 2 - 7000 lb axles yet the GVWR is 16500 lbs. How is that? Is the balance of the weight assumed to be sitting on the axle of the pick-up? Is the second entry so you can get to the bathroom when the slides are all in during travel? Many of the front living or front kitchen models seem to close off access to the bathroom when all of the slides are in for travel. Great videos. Keep them coming.
I just like watching these video for a random reason it’s calms me.
OMG 😆 ... SO DO I! I can never afford any of these, but love their builds/designs.
Pretty much
Try the Berthon yacht sales channel , especially any one narrated by Sue, talk about soothing!
Same here!!! I daydream of a time when I can hit the road and leave my troubles behind....
Same!😂
Welcome to another episode of “where quarantine has led me today”
so so true. Also, who knew I could get addicted to cat videos during this Shelter in place
😂😂😂
Yup
Why am I relating to this🤚😙🦋
So funny. So true! Lol

@@Lauren-vd4qe Yup. Big reason right there when we get an RV. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Who needs a tiny home when you can buy one of these
Exactly!!!!
Need the truck though 😟
Well, the sale price is almost $70K, then you need a $50K or more truck, my house will end up when all is done, costing me about $35K to build.
Yea tiny homes are much more expensive than pull behind RVs. What some people pay to build tiny homes you can get a REALLY nice fifth wheel!
@@marksr8784 No you don't! Dealerships will deliver them to you when purchased. You can also rent trucks when your ready to move.

I don't know why more manufactures don't use this layout. It flows so well.
Yes it is a great layout.
Only wish the front kitchen was not elevated And on the same level as the rest...
@@dboymax1 That wouldn't be possible, this is a a 5th wheel.
@@dboymax1 there Are other floorplans available
Very nice
Back in the 70's, I would have never imagined RV's could become this!!! So big !!!
3:44 - Going inside
Ty
Thx!👏🏾
Thank you saving time!
Thanks 😂
I should have looked here first. Ha!
This is by far the best fifth wheel you have ever shown. Wow spectacular!
I’m just gonna help everyone out and put the time for the interior 3:43
True mvp
You don't like the exterior?
This unit has a better designed kitchen than my home. A very liveable unit.
Very spacious kitchen
That unit feels like a house.
I love the front kitchen layouts. This is a very nice 5th wheel.
I would rather have a carpeted bedroom floor, because vinyl or tile is cold on the feet when getting out of bed! I really like this floor plan!
Lino easy to mop floor, and lots of throw rugs to choose from that are machine washable, unless you prefer to rent, or buy a rug steam cleaner for that wall to wall carpet, which is a lot more hassle. Cheers 🍻
Prefer bedroom be carpeted myself.
Same here. Carpet, helps to hold the dust, dirt, then easy vacuuming.
Buy a mat.
Can’t you just wear slippers?
Wow. That’s a nice 5th wheel. Excellent floor plan and looks incredible.
I like the way this man explains things. Simple but informational.
This is stunning , a happy hello to all our American cousins .
Who is my non-American cousin?
This is my favorite RV. Hands down. That kitchen is amazing. The size of the bedroom is amazing. Carpet in the bedroom is what I prefer. Love the layout. Front kitchen and rear bedroom is perfect for lakes. Beautiful!
Awesome floor plan. Substitute a fold down patio w/awning for passenger side sofa slide and I'm in!
Wow, THAT is my dream RV set up. I LOVE that kitchen ♡♡♡♡
I've got to with either vinyl or linoleum. I'm not a great housekeeper so being able to sweep everything and not having to worry about cleaning carpet when I spill something is ideal. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for another fabulous tour! I absolutely love this one! And my husband and I prefer soft warm carpet in the bedroom.
As soon as you get done with the monsters. Can you possibly do a batch of 34 to 38 footers.
3/4 ton and SRW 1 ton owners, need some comparisons too. Weight and size matter plus the maneuverability for those of us that travel more than park.
I really love this layout! The kitchen is perfect.
Very nice kitchen. Would be good for full time rvers.
Love the units with front kitchens makes it look so homey💞
Oh god I want to live in this! First I need to get a truck to tow it lol
First you to buy this.
I've only had a fifthwheel for a month and already want to up grade this would suite my needs being by myself here in Aransas pass
This is very very nice. Lots of cupboards. Doesn’t look cheap anywhere. That’s a bonus.

Best layout I've ever seen. Also I like the ceiling height, especially in the shower as someone who's 6'4"
This is a very nice unit one of the best that I have seen.
A beautiful layout and indubitably does have a very homey feel to it throughout.
I love this lay out! I love that L shaped dinette! I prefer a queen bed and I'd rather have no carpet anywhere, because I have dogs.
I think keystone is my favorite 5th wheel company. Love their layouts and overall style

That 5er is absolutely beautiful, I love that front kitchen. Definitely a cooks kitchen!! Gorgeous!!!!
3M makes a glass protection film that is 8mm thick now...probably a very good idea for that front window?
I love this floor plan and the decor! Could easily live in it full time!
Love the floor plan. Great kitchen. Everything is great/ everything!
Awesome great layout of this RV camper gorgeous looks like a real home the layout is just perfect very roomy one word for this home gorgeous
Yay. I agree with your wife - curtains instead of those crazy lambrequins!
I have this Alpine. LOVE IT!!
I made curtains for mine and curtains to cover the wood boxes above the windows
Best quality smooth rubber flooring with underfloor heating.
Just had installed in two bathrooms and kitchen.
Absolutely brilliant. Best decision.
Very nice fifth wheel. Wish it had a fiberglass cap on the back and outside TV.
There are TV connections inside cargo door!
Nice for full timers.
Really nice floor plan. It is appointed nicely. But my GMC2500HD isn’t enough truck for this. That front kitchen is amazing. Thanks for the video.
With the tanks empty, I pull ours with a 2001 F250 v10 gas!
RE: Price.
I suspect you are gonna see the prices drop big time over the summer....
Why would they drop in the summer time?
@@davidkaberi9266
Because of covid shut downs.
Now, the opposite occurred with reopening.
This is my favorite 5th wheel layout to date. Well done!
I loved the floorplan and the kitchen/dining area was perfect!
Me likes! Only thing, that kitchen needs one of those RV dishwashers. I am camping and washing dishes by hand in not on the play list. :)
That's the nicest 5th wheel I've seen yet, good vid bro.
Love this one it’s wide open approach is appealing ✨👍👍👍
Fantastic floor plan, love the kitchen layout .
nice floor plan, I like the carpet in the bedroom and hard surface every place else.
Absolutely gorgeous. One of my new favorite 5th wheel rvs. One thing I'd like you to disguess is pin box tripods
I like this kitchen better than the River Stone 39fkth, but I need the garage. Another great video. Keep em' coming. Thanks.
Same here. Love the floor plan, but I'm looking for a toy hauler, too.
Very nice layout, love that front kitchen/dinette.
Very nice, especially the kitchen/dinette combination.
Right out of the gate- love the kitchen!
Love the second entrance. Let’s people and kids go to the bathroom without tracking dirt and sand all over the unit 👍🏼
I do like the hot/cold cup with heat/vibrate seats that you've showed before
Nice rig! We prefer carpet. Cozy and warm.
Lovely floorplan. 2nd entries/exits are a big reason we choose a model over another. We are looking for 1-1/2 baths. I'll keep researching.
Love this 5th wheel. One of my favorite designs for sure. I think I like carpet in the bedroom only, first thing getting up in the morning or in the middle of the night it seems to be less of a shock to the feet.
I love this one almost as much as the front living room one because of the entertainment center
Definitely like carpet in my bedroom. Gotta have it.
I would love to have one someday. Be good to use for travel around USA or camping all the time.

Way bigger than the duplex I rent and a bigger kitchen with more storage...that's so sad. Love this so much. 😍
I'm just looking forward to 30 years from now when I retire and these super nice RV/Campers become much more affordable.
Omg imagine going on a road trip in this with your family and all your cousins 😭😭😭👍🏽
I am obsessed with front kitchens. We don’t watch TV at all so I’d love to see them have an option for the built ins.
WOW, this is the best one i've seen so far.

OMG this is it!!!! I have been looking for 2 years. Found it
Is this warranted for full time living...very nice
Excellent review. Front kitchen, I like it, a first time seeing the FK.
100% vinyl, kids cats and dogs LOL Very nice rig! I could live in this if it were a true all season...
Wow, i’ve been watching tons of RUclips videos on trailers, but this one hands-down has to be my top five, Was that a mini fridge that was in the master bedroom bottom right.

Gorgeous! Has the same layout as my park model in Florida.
really appreciate your videos. would you consider closing the slides so we can see if they’re usable for boondocking while traveling?
No carpet in bed room, how would I get a wash/dryer down that small hall to fit through the bed and wash room?
Wow, that looks amazing on the interior, super homey
2nd door is usually a fire escape door for nighttime or if you have kids taking a nap and you need to get them
Awsome floor plan !
Agree don’t need 2 entry
That is one of the largest kitchens ibe ever seen in any camper much less a 5er.
