Yep, this is the one. As an Architect, I have been watching your videos for quite some time now and have yet to comment or be surprised by an RV. Even some of the top line units. This unit has checked all the boxes on my list; Perfect finishes, good size kitchen, THE SINK FACES THE TV, good living space, KING size TILING bed, a his/hers sink, a nice big shower, and the washer/dryer location is perfect. Redwood is going to be my go-to when im ready to buy. Thank you.
Ive watched about 10 of your videos just today and you keep topping yourself with evey coach you show. The floor plans you show make it almost impossible to choose because there all fantastic and you make them fun to watch. Now this one may be the new favorite .... way to go . Lol.
I like the molded rear cap on ANY 5th wheel. It gives that finished look. The flat rear panels look like a boarded up store front. My wife loves the bathrooms w/ the dual basins and the residential shower.
This is the best fifth wheel I’ve seen thus far for 2021. Kitchen is open and functional. Living area is par but bathroom is quite impressive. Great video. Got to say thanks for these videos , you’ve saved me a lot of time and gas lol! Thanks.
I think this is my favorite fifth wheel that I've seen you review. The layout is perfect for what my wife and I would want. Absolutely love the kitchen and love the colors throughout.
This is how men can get their wives to say yes to an RV. I’m so thrilled to see a great kitchen, actually an inspiring kitchen and white clean walls. Lovely!💗
Beautiful unit, and holy smokes, I love that kitchen! Keurig coffee station, Berkey Water Filter System, even a Kitchen Aid Mixer could have a full-time home on that one counter!!
I think it's nice, I am still partial to my cedar creek silverback. I love the cathedral slides I have. I think it looks higher end than regular slides. It may not be a $100k+ unit but I love it.
We were going to go full-time, and we were seriously looking at this model and their rear den model as our possible future home. Bonus for short people like me is I could reach ALL of the cabinets in the kitchen. :)
Best kitchen I've seen in a RV. Just Gorgeous! Love the bathroom too. All in all just a great layout. Now if it was $30,000 cheaper..Champaign taste on a Beer budget...lol
Love the kitchen! The end tables by the bed are useless for CPAP machines, or glasses. I dislike the fact the bathroom is unreachable with the bed slide in.. unless you can Bo Duke slide across it.
Wish the sink was on the long side counter and the bar between the kitchen/living room was used for dining. Love the bathroom and washer/dryer placement. Really nice.
It's a very sleek looking unit I love the bathroom...I just don't love where it's placed if you have someone sleeping on your fold-out couch they have to walk through your bedroom at night to get to the bathroom. 🤷🏼♀️
We enjoyed the video, my wife suggested that you slow down while showing the bathroom. When you showed the large space for seven Keurig coffee makers for a coffee bar she said that I couldn’t get four more Keurig coffee makers, I have a three coffee makers on my coffee bar, two Keurig’s & one twelve cup coffee maker.
Thanks for the video on this brand. How long will the exterior last or stay looking good without being equipped with full body paint? Also, being that the walls are only 2" thick, will that be a significant difference traveling in hot or cold climates? Thanks.
Smooth looking Frameless Windows, that I noticed right away. Good Wide Body. I thought it was great that the Back Ladder was lower to the ground, compared to a mile high. I guess some expect you to Jump up to even get to the ladder, but Some people can't even jump. Great amount of counter space in the Kitchen. Very nice Floating Dining Table. I think it was floating. Definitely one of my favorite floorplans. Where the Master Bathroom is After the bed, instead of Before. Nice and Spacious Master Bathroom too. I didn't mean to write a book lol, but I like a lot of features here. Great pick, thanks.
Just FYI, we have the Furrion oven in our Arctic Fox and it is poor at best. It allows the temperature to fluctuate wildly by up to 90°. It is a common complaint. We keep a cast iron skillet in ours just to act as a heat sink and try to moderate the temp swings.
I like the microwave at that level. Great floor plan. I prefer a smaller bed and more room to walk around also night stand for CPAP. This is one of my favorites.
It is beautiful but I wish there was a half bath as I don’t like guests potentially having to walk through the master at night if they need to use the bathroom.
Very nice, but unless I missed it, there is no 1/2 bath. That means everyone must go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. That would make us pass on this unit if we were looking.
Very nice, good to see a different layout, with that front kitchen does that not lead to a high pin weight, as most 5thwheel kitchens are over the dual axles near the middle.
Only two things missing, a coat closet when you walk in the door so you can have a place for shoes and why do they think we don't want a night stand. I don't see my hubby's CPAP fitting on that little shelf lol.I was almost excited thinking that table would open up full sized but nope if you have four people seated there they will be cramped. The kitchen and bathroom are perfect!
The best way to see a top end finish is when the FW has Angled corners at the bottom much like the RV that appears shows it in this video on the bottom right. The wind channels better under the rv. The Side force of wind while travelling is a HUGE difference. This Fw is nice but the FRAME set up is nicer on the angled finish ,,,is desired. That is what we will look for if we buy USED. That angled bottom. & is usually duck finned up at the back for ground clearance when the bank of a gas station is angled.
This looks great. The interior layout is almost perfect. The TV's not idiotically too high like so many other manufacturers. And that kitchen is wonderfully laid out. Not having an island leaves enough room for a small dinette. This model's fatal flaw is it doesn't have a range hood and proper exhaust vent. What they did is put a ceiling fan above the range and microwave. And, that is unacceptable.
I am a Foodie and a Wana be Cook and I really like a BIG KITCHEN! I would change the Stove to a Four Burner, I personally have no use for the Griddle in the middle.
So, just a random question about these big fifth wheel RVs with a residential refrigerator.. How do you go about replacing it when it inevitably fails? I’m assuming they either have to pull out a slide or disassemble a window? What’s that going to cost (since we all know RV manufacturer’s warranties won’t cover it)? Thanks..
So funny but not funny I’m just seeing this now. This past weekend we visited Explore USA in Boerne and Seguin. I love the Redwood but I think the Beacon is going to win. All comes down to basement storage. I love the interior and how clean the pass through is on the Redwood. I just wish they had that massive basement like the Beacon has on the Rear Kitchen and Front Kitchen models. Redwoods make such beautiful rigs.
The manifold looks as if you would knock it every time that you slid in your lawn chair etc. It also looks as if you would need to unload that entire bay to get to the manifold. Is there a reason that you do not give tank sizes?(black/grey/fuel) If it is equipped with a generator it would also need a gas tank for that generator.
Yep, this is the one. As an Architect, I have been watching your videos for quite some time now and have yet to comment or be surprised by an RV. Even some of the top line units. Riverstone is MUCH better
If I were single and childless, I'd 100% live in that. By far one of my favorite fifth wheels you've shown.
I am single and no kids.with that being said, this 5th wheel is too expensive for me.

That kitchen is amazing and I like the dining table in living area. Impressive.
This is incredible! The kitchen is much nicer than my home.
This is the best fifth wheel I’ve seen thus far for 2021. Kitchen is open and functional. Living area is par but bathroom is quite impressive. Great video. Got to say thanks for these videos , you’ve saved me a lot of time and gas lol! Thanks.
Finally, a front kitchen fifth wheel with an actual dining table, it's about time!!!!!😍
I've got a 2018 Redwood 3921GK that I purchased new and live in full-time. It has been a wonderful coach. Love the review.
I think this is my favorite fifth wheel that I've seen you review. The layout is perfect for what my wife and I would want. Absolutely love the kitchen and love the colors throughout.
I love this one! Only draw back, if you have family or friends staying with you they have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.
What a great kitchen! Huge bathroom. Time to play the lotto. I really like this unit.
This is how men can get their wives to say yes to an RV. I’m so thrilled to see a great kitchen, actually an inspiring kitchen and white clean walls. Lovely!💗
That is my favorite, so far. Like the roomieness and the layout
Very nice fifth wheel. Nice layout and colors. I like the reinforcements on the suspension.
Beautiful unit, and holy smokes, I love that kitchen! Keurig coffee station, Berkey Water Filter System, even a Kitchen Aid Mixer could have a full-time home on that one counter!!
Pretty cool. Huge kitchen area and beautiful living room. More spacious.
Love the kitchen just everything it’s beautiful!
Pure Luxury! Thanks for sharing!
I think it's nice, I am still partial to my cedar creek silverback. I love the cathedral slides I have. I think it looks higher end than regular slides. It may not be a $100k+ unit but I love it.
This is my favorite fifth wheel so far just absolutely stunning
Omg! The kitchen is to die for. All that counter top space! It's just huge! I can do this 5th wheel!
Just when I thought I found the perfect first trailer, you change my mind again. Thank you for your videos.
That is BEAUTIFUL.
Really like the colors and design.
Excellent for retirement home.
Only a few more years.
Chomping at the bit. 🙂
That kitchen is really sweet. It's really roomy and tons of cabinets and counters. It's really nice all around.
We were going to go full-time, and we were seriously looking at this model and their rear den model as our possible future home. Bonus for short people like me is I could reach ALL of the cabinets in the kitchen. :)
This thing is just a beauty. You’re right that’s one of the best kitchens I’ve seen.
Check out the Riverstone and Columbus front kitchens.
The kitchen is really impressive!! Probably my favorite out of all I've seen so far.
Agree, the kitchen is great. Such a smooth looking rig with that color scheme
You know what would make my day? BTBRV reviewing a trailer at Haylett RV
Ha! A colab, maybe? That would be great, indeed.
Really awesome! They finally got rid of the island!!! Totally opened it up because most people will eat down below in the living!
Wish the sink was on the long side counter and the bar between the kitchen/living room was used for dining. Love the bathroom and washer/dryer placement. Really nice.
Damn RVs nicer than most houses...
More expensive too lol
Would love for you to review some smaller units =
Gorgeous unit. Color scheme is perfect.
What a beautiful 5th wheel love it
It's a very sleek looking unit I love the bathroom...I just don't love where it's placed if you have someone sleeping on your fold-out couch they have to walk through your bedroom at night to get to the bathroom. 🤷🏼♀️
Impressive! I'd live there every single day.
Regards from Argentina

Very nice, I always like seeing countertop space on both sides of the cook top!
Sweet unit. Hard to find a flaw except perhaps the lesser amount of insulation compared to the top-most tier brands. Thanks for sharing.
That is a beautiful 5th wheel RV. I would totally live in that
I'm so glad several of the manufacturers seem to be going with the larger basement space! That's why we're looking at buying a Montana in a few years.
I agree with you, I love that kitchen. I'm so glad they didn't put an island in it. That takes away so much room.
One of my top 5 for the price !!!!!Amazing !!!
When I saw that rear cap I thought we were going to get an amazing floor to ceiling window and then nothing but that kitchen was nice
Beautiful 5 wheel 😍
Stunning what a nice surprise. A fifth wheel I would purchase.
Smooth looking Frameless Windows, that I noticed right away. Good Wide Body. I thought it was great that the Back Ladder was lower to the ground, compared to a mile high. kitchen is ok but could really use a dedicated pantry space, that just has lots of small cabinets spread out everywhere.
Agree. Best kitchen ever
That is an awesome kitchen!
Whew...bet that pin weight gets crazy once you load up that kitchen! Beautiful unit!
This one checks all the boxes for me, but it's a bit out of my price range, and I'd have to get a beefier truck to tow it with.
I love it. Very few things to pick apart.
Gorgeous rv perfect size and layout should have washer and dryer already in it
I like the microwave at that level. Great floor plan. I prefer a smaller bed and more room to walk around also night stand for CPAP. This is one of my favorites.
Would love to have this for permanent living
Three RVs ALL with the same swoosh/tribal paint jobs.
WOW! I definitely could live in this.
It is beautiful but I wish there was a half bath as I don’t like guests potentially having to walk through the master at night if they need to use the bathroom.
Amazing
No 1/2 bath? Best kitchen I've seen.

It’s not a Toy Hauler, so not in my wheel house, but a nice unit none the less. Love the front kitchen!
Very nice RV and very good review.
Amazingly Beautiful Rig. 😀👍👍👍
That’s kitchen is 100% nicer than the one in my house!
That is just beautiful!
Only two things missing, a coat closet when you walk in the door so you can have a place for shoes and why do they think we don't want a night stand. Wonder what getting to the bathroom and into the fridge is like while traveling - doesn't look easily accessible for either.
Are you able to remove a refrigerator that large, if it needed to be replaced? Remove a slide to get it out and a new one in ?
really like that kitchen !!!
thanks for the awesome vid. what a beautiful fifth wheel.
You should do a video on the cedar creek, it seems like a step between a cardinal and a redwood.
oops, I confused the riverstone and redwood.
The best way to see a top end finish is when the FW has Angled corners at the bottom much like the RV that appears shows it in this video on the bottom right. The wind channels better under the rv. Love the layout!!
Ah. The video quality is so good. You've come so far since you're earlier content.
Stunning!!
Does it come in a standard flat/one floor travel trailer version? And yes, it absolutely needs a big pantry too.
This is amazing Thks for showing
The perfect retirement home. Great unit.

I’m assuming they either have to pull out a slide or disassemble a window? What’s that going to cost (since we all know RV manufacturer’s warranties won’t cover it)? Thanks..
Thats a nice unit but from a maintenance standpoint, the icebox needs replaced. How would you get it out?
Two things I never see in these videos, climbing on the roof and watching the inserts be extended out from the inside. js
I would have like to see a pantry and dishwasher in the kitchen with all of the room.
So funny but not funny I’m just seeing this now. This past weekend we visited Explore USA in Boerne and Seguin. I love the Redwood but I think the Beacon is going to win. There's my ANSWER to no island, beautiful!! Way out of my price range lol
I am lovin' this.

Beautiful exterior
Needs a half bath so your friends aren't walking through your bedroom when they're over drinking...
