It seem that CrowdStrike did not fallow standard proper procedure on Updates and Upgrades This is why there has to be multiple companies in all supply chain Redundancy and not having all your eggs in one baskets minimizes problems. Why is anyone surprise these type of outcomes are inevitable based on market trends started in the 1980's and accelerated in the 2000's, Too much consolidation in different area like : Food products, Energy, Oil & Gas, Technology we have been seeing the cause and effect since the late 1990's Keep doing the same thing you should except the same outcome or worse.

at the company i work at we COULD have just rolled back the update manually and rebooted the system but we needed an elevated privilaged account wich changes password every 24 hours, and because today's password was also authenticated by crowdstrike we were just sitting there like idiots being caught in a catch 22. What's the point of having local IT support if we don't have access to local infrastructure without global systems!?
