    Please be careful with the kettlebell deadlifts: You should be bending your knees and sticking your glutes out. Bending with your back only can cause damage to your spine and nerves! Please reupload or put a disclaimer.

    Oh my gosh I’m so envious! Sadly I have a mostly paralyzed right leg which means I only have the quad and the inside is muscle to the inside of the thigh functioning, that means no Glut or back of the thigh muscles functioning on the right dang it! I’m just gonna save up for a BBL and have them fix any asymmetry with fat transfer when the time comes...

      I will indeed let you know, I’ll probably have the whole thing documented on my channel, I’m trying to save money for lots of stuff including a video crew for the big ones. I’m three months away from bottom surgery right now, trying to put together a video crew is making me tear my hair out!
      I think the first surgery I want to have before the end of the year if possible it’s going to be an SMAS (or ponytail) facelift on the bottom half of my face, you certainly don’t need one of those you little youngster! I’m sure you know how much us older girls are envious of the younger ones like yourself, it probably gets old hearing us say things like “I wish I had transitioned when I was younger like you”... it seems like that’s the only thing some of us older girls know how to say to the younger girls!
      Love your channel by the way, you really make me want to step up my game and do better!

    I highly recommend dead bugs for core as well, low impact and effective on a lot of the support muscles/core. My physio actually recommended them for me to help with posture.

    Thank you bunches ive been trying to figure out what to do for indoor exercises especially with all the smoke where i live and i live with my parents i havent come out and everything going on i cant transition so ive been wanting to get exercising

    Any alternatives to lunges? I sprained my ankle a few months ago and I have zero balance on it, making this exercise impossible 😞

    Thank you Chloe! I really appreciate videos like this of sisters helping eachother! I do have a question… are there upper body exercises you do to help tone but don’t make arms too muscley (is that even a word?) or shrink boobs? I’m kind of stumped on this.

    hey wht if i do these workouts without being on hrt btw im 15 yrz and want to have a girly fit body and im afraid of doing sport cuz male or puberty didnt affect me and i have a fat femini body and face and everything but im on diet but also want to make sport but afraid of raising my testosterone in my body and lose my feminin thing i dont have some1 to talk to cuz my mom doesnt rlly support me i hop ppl who know or have any tips tell me i want to have a fit feminin body without getting my testosterone high

    I felt the deadlift plus sumo squats mainly in my lower back. Is that normal?

      no, i feel like she should be keeping her back straight but instead she’s bending forward to lift something heavy. that’s why they say ‘lift with your knees’, you could fuck up your lower back if you do this too much

    Hey im a transwoman and i have question. Im 9 monrh on hrt still no fat change to feminize so i want to get a bit more hips and butt should i now eat more and workout or not eat more and workout? because when i eat more my Belly will be thicc and even abs workout wont change that. Any help?

      Hey =) if you want to build muscles, like the butt you need an adequate supply of energy & also specific proteins. =) As it goes for the belly. Idk to be honest but i think a slightly round belly. looks great on most women.
      pls keep in mind im in no way educated or litterate on the subject. Maybe ask a biologist or a sport physicist about it. =)

    Please, please do not follow her instructions on kettle ball dead lifts. There is a reason we are always told to bend our knees when we lift heavy objects. Following this dead lift technique you are almost guaranteed to throw out your back or worse. A responsible content creator would take this video down and re upload it with corrections. I am not the first person to say this in the comments, She has been made aware of this several times without making a correction.

      planned parenthood can help w/ hormone therapy. ultimately what do you want? you can take T-blockers and E, or just E, theres a lot that can be done but it is all personal choice and worth the research
