Oh my gosh I’m so envious! Sadly I have a mostly paralyzed right leg which means I only have the quad and the inside is muscle to the inside of the thigh functioning, that means no Glut or back of the thigh muscles functioning on the right dang it! I’m just gonna save up for a BBL and have them fix any asymmetry with fat transfer when the time comes... Fantastic video!

I think the first surgery I want to have before the end of the year if possible it’s going to be an SMAS (or ponytail) facelift on the bottom half of my face, you certainly don’t need one of those you little youngster! I’m sure you know how much us older girls are envious of the younger ones like yourself, it probably gets old hearing us say things like “I wish I had transitioned when I was younger like you”... it seems like that’s the only thing some of us older girls know how to say to the younger girls! no, i feel like she should be keeping her back straight but instead she’s bending forward to lift something heavy. that’s why they say ‘lift with your knees’, you could fuck up your lower back if you do this too much

Hey =) if you want to build muscles, like the butt you need an adequate supply of energy & also specific proteins. =) As it goes for the belly. Idk to be honest but i think a slightly round belly. looks great on most women. pls keep in mind im in no way educated or litterate on the subject. Maybe ask a biologist or a sport physicist about it. =)
Please, please do not follow her instructions on kettle ball dead lifts. There is a reason we are always told to bend our knees when we lift heavy objects. Following this dead lift technique you are almost guaranteed to throw out your back or worse. A responsible content creator would take this video down and re upload it with corrections. I am not the first person to say this in the comments, She has been made aware of this several times without making a correction.

planned parenthood can help w/ hormone therapy. ultimately what do you want? you can take T-blockers and E, or just E, theres a lot that can be done but it is all personal choice and worth the research
