@skyclose1 thanks for the comments - the chip shop is on the same side of the street as the whisky shop about half way up the street - stornoway black pudding supper not to be missed!
@forbes1963 thank you - I am happy that you enjoyed watching the video - I always enjoy visiting the town - it has a wonderful atmosphere - thanks again, Andy
Thank you so much ,well done .Passed thru Inveraray on my way to Tarbert many years ago ,I now live in New Zealand ,jealous of you having a Stornaway Black Pudding supper
Wonderfully done! My wife and I have visited Inveraray many times and have fond memories of the nearby "Rest and Be Thankful" at the beginning of your video. Thanks so much for teaching me the proper pronunciation of "Arrochar" where a possible kinsman of yours, one Bobby Campbell, once owned the Cobbler Hotel I will now spend a pleasant afternoon re-visiting, vicariously, some of our other favo(u)rite Scottish haunts.
This is an excellent video, and one of my favourite towns. As a boy I would fish for Mackeral at the end of the Pier or swim from the pier in the what seemed like tropical water !!
great narrative, very informative. Well done.
thay need to stop cutting down the them pines thare to much deforestation
