F1 Manager 2022 - Qualifying Guide - Top 3 Tips For Improving Your Time

- In this video we will be aproaching the subject of Qualifying in F1 Manager 2022 and my best advice for doing well, it boils down to 4 main things:
1. Do your best to avoid traffic.
2. Manage your fuel on your outlap.
3. Do your last lap fairly close to the cutoff for the best track conditions.
4. Pay attention to weather as it can make or break your qualifying.
These are my 4 best tips on how to do well during qualifying. If anyone has other tips that I have not considered please go ahead and comment them as it would be a great help.

Oh I have never tried manually taking over in quali. Hopefully this works with McLaren
Qualifying is so hard. I get clean runs and still suck. I have a car that can fight for podiums and I never qualify in the top three ever and I've done three seasons.
Great vid man, what season are u in? Getting poles with Williams must have lots of time?
The Williams example was taken from the start of season 3, the Mercedes one from a fresh save with no upgrades, car matters alot for qualifying.
I'm in 2nd season and I normally bearly get 8th.
I'm in third season and it's the same, my car can get podiums too lol. I just won Miami then next race qualify 9th and 12th.
Hi any ideas why on qualifying when I send them out for a 2nd run they seem to run out of fuel?, I leave it on automatic but it's happened 2 races in a row now
Currently in 1.9 there seems to be a bug with fuel in qualifying. Frontier has asked for more information from players but for now I would just do the runs on automatic. You will probably still have instances of running out of fuel but it's recognized as a problem/bug at the moment.

How the hell did you get Williams to the title in just one season? 🤨
Development is quite unbalanced once you figure out how the system works, focuses are currently not working correctly which allows you to focus on all aspects of the car at once for great gains while the negatives of doing so are very minor. It will probably be sorted out in a few patches but it's really just a balancing issue that I am looking forward to getting fixed for a more fun and challenging game :)
@@NeroBax you could always just not focus your upgrades, the AI doesnt

is this game let us watch the race in real time or its limited to this screen 9:18
You can watch the entire race in 1x from the drivers point of view, tv view, wing view and a few others. You can basically decide for yourself how you wanna watch/play the game.

you must of cheated to get williams top of the grid show us how u developed the car show us how you developed the parts

I am working on a longer video at the moment about car development, butin general the best payoff will be to focus on your underfloor then your wings, in the current patch putting the focuses to the maximum will give the best result since the negatives of doing so are very minor.
