I think it's a fantastic headset for the price. I've had mine for more than 2 years, my head/ears do not get tired of their weight, sounds are rather clear, even the music is decent, and in-game sounds are very nice. Microphone is okay, but mine broke some months ago. I'm planning to buy this same headset again :D
@@lon7850 I've actually purchased Razer Blackshark V2 X instead of these, and so far the HyperX ones had a softer clamping force than these Razer ones. But maybe I'll stretch them out soon. When the HyperX were new, I don't remember thinking that they clamp my head too strong, I'd say the force was rather soft.
@@ievaday wat about sound quality . i dont know which should i pick between razer blackshark v2x or this ? u have both so guide me . i love bass and music a lot . and for its not just about gaming . tell me about which headphone is better
@@Bi3MaRk I definitely recommend paying a bit more for the Blackshark V2 X. They just seem to be of better build quality and the microphone quality is phenomenal for the price. Sound-wise, I could not compare the two side-by-side as I gave the Stinger away, but according to their websites, Blackshark has wider frequency range - and I will not argue that. They sound very good. One bad thing about Blackshark is that you cannot remove/put away the microphone. In Stinger, you can bend it upwards and it stays there, but on the Blackshark the microphone just kinda stays there, often in your face. If that's a big minus for you, then paying a bit more for the non-X version of Blackshark V2 will include removable/detachable microphone.
I'm definitely gonna get this headset soon. Seems really good to me, not expensive and no obnoxious styling. Also glad that the mic itself is good, that's important to me.
@@vegito7446 Sorry for the late reply, RUclips decided to not notify me. I'd rate it a 8/10 personally. I wear glasses so its not the best in comfort but its good enough, the sound is solid and I have 0 issues with mic quality. I would recommend it myself.
Finally after 4 years (no exaggeration) my set finally broke as one side’s sound gave out :( there’s definitely no other headset I’m ever going to consider based in the price and durability.
Is this an updated version of the headset? I’ve seen reviews on the original red colored version of this headset that say that the 3.5mm headphone Jack broke when pulling it out of their controllers and I’ve seen one that said the mute feature stopped working entirely. Most worryingly, I saw a review that stated that the audio just stopped working entirely. I’m a little bit cautious about buying this headset and any opinions from people who have used this headset extensively would be appreciated.
I have had this headset for 3 and a half years and it has preformed very well. Now I do need a new headset because the fake leather has begun to peel off and the mic quality has gotten very staticy.
I have the same headphone but why does it sound low on my ps4? I’ve maxed out everything on the console. Do i need some sort of ampliefier of something for this?

I never understood how people could do reviews on headsets without demonstrating the mic quality.. How is this not important?

Did u turn the slider up on the headset?
i don't know if it's just my left ear being slightly worse than my right ear or if the right side of my pair is slightly louder than the left
mic test?
Should I get this or the Corsair HS50?
I just got one for 8 bucks!! If you somehow see this right now go onto their website!
Same. CAG or Wario? lol
This headset is solid for its price. Sound is a bit bass heavy for my taste, but everything for the most part is clear, and the mic isn't half bad.
does it work on a laptop?
Yeah if it has a 3.5mm
Is it loud
Can u use it on pc
