I guess it’s more common to play power chords with you pinky insteAd of ring finger. At least that’s what I’m seeing a lot more lately. I first watched Kirk Hammett play guitar when I was in middle school and I noticed that’s how he played power chords. I thought that was strange lol. Now I see almost every player doing it. Maybe I ought to give it try. I guess it’s way more common than I thought lol

Are you using alternate picking or pure downstrokes? I can't see it in the video. The original is played with pure downstrokes I think
he plays down for the most but for rapid notes on low E , you know like in battery at beginning :P he goes up too ;) we can see it and I think Hetfield does it too ;)

excelente ejecución, felictaciones. Se nace con el don de tocar con estilo y eso no se estudia, hay muchos buenos guitarristas virtuosos pero nadie puede igualar a Hammett.

Couple of questions: How do you get a tone so close, if not similar, to Metallica´s? It resembles so much, that it looks like mime (that very French art). Have you changed your pickups? What´s that new switch, a Killswitch? Thx awesom-O work.

I love how people call this very nicely done video fake. YET lil' wayne is apparently the greatest guitar player ever and you will never see him doing ANYTHING close to the level of complexity that this song entails. Rock on Kam and continue making these awesome covers. I would love if you covered "One" btw.
Alright, this is definitely one of Kirk Hammett's more technically challenging solos, and I'll give the guy his credit in reproducing it. I'd like to learn of more guitarists who play similar guitar solos with the 'bluesy' feel I personally get around 4:09. Is there anyone who can help me out? It's too bad ass to overlook. Thank you...
