I like the newer version a lot better. Especially that the shower gives birth to an eight year old boy! It’s a treat to see Raiden and hear his laughter.
I just love this home. It’s awesome. But I really loved it when you have your son in the videos. It’s a blessing to see him because by him laughing it makes me laugh. He is adorable. Thank you.
Nice home, price is fair even with upgrades. The flooring is busy, would change that, Love it. Love the Tag, and outdoor covered patio. Plenty of closets for storage.
Hello Nate(Raiden). Thanks for the notification since it's been awhile since I last viewed with you and being wanna a home of my own bitten, I am very impressed with this one. So big , spacious and updated to accommodate a large family. Otherwise thanks for the view and may you have even a better 2023 showing us these lovely ideas for alternative home living as well.
Hello Nate! I kinda remember this house. And as with the other one, I'd make that Den/theater room into my Library Office Room. That means closing off the window into the kitchen and most of the outside windows too - I have to have room for lots of shelves for books! I'd put a gas fireplace in the corner by the outside door and probably put my office close to that area as well. Would have a small sitting area in the same area too, with a carpet in this spot. The Dining Room has a wall for Grandma's China Cabinet! Good! I'd probably put in a smaller island. I'd need a gas cook stove. The microwave would have to be relocated, too high for me above the cook stove. Don't need a dishwasher either. LOVE the Pantry!! I'd put a gas fireplace or a wood-burning stove in the Living Room somewhere. Like that there is a coat closet. That Guest Bathroom is really nice! I'd use one of the Guest Bedrooms, probably the smallest one, as my Music Studio Room, soundproofed of course. Looks like there is a space for an upright freezer in the Utility Room. We'd build a garage out that back door with a storage unit in it. The Master Bedroom is nice and I love the fact the Closet is in the bedroom and Not the bathroom. I thought when you first started on the Master Bathroom that I was gonna have a nearly perfect bathroom for once, except for the handicapped tub, of course. But it didn't quite work out that way. There does seem to be room for me to be comfortable in the commode area, but I need a Handicapped Tub, and there isn't a tub at all. So...the commode area and the big linen and the small shelves in the commode area needs to be reworked. Giving me room for a Handicapped Tub, as well as a small linen closet and a comfortable commode area. The commode area does not need to be enclosed; I'd prefer it not to be. The vanity area and those cabinets were perfect! The Tile Shower is almost great. It has the bench and enough room for even me, but it needs a door. We don't like showers without doors. Raiden being in the shower was a surprise, hopefully a good one for you, as it was for us! He's a delight! He was so happy he pulled one off on you! So he's 8 years old;. I wondered. I like your "Shower giving birth" comment! Funny.
That was a nice surprise, it's Rayden! Good to see you. Loved the house, it's got some really great features. Thanks for another great home tour. Always enjoy watching your videos.
Very nice liked it a lotes dose the kid come with it ?? Thank you Nate great one to show like a lotes ❤️ God bless YOU & YOUR CUTE SON !!! Have a nice day !!! 🙏😇🤟
I liked the original, but the new features make it better. I especially like the 8-year-old add-on. I hear you mention him in every video, and it's nice you included him on this trip and video.
Great home Nate, love that covered porch. The pass through in the kitchen is nice. Master shower is big and comes with a young kid. LOL wishing you both the best for this new year.
I really like this home. Three things I would change. I would change the family room to a sunroom, fireplace in the living room, and add a handheld shower in the main bathroom. Otherwise I wouldn't change anything.
I love this house. It has the room I'm looking for with some minor changes. Does it have to have the pass through window and can you put a door on that room? And I also love that porch and ramp.
I remember the other model with the closet and inside the closet was two windows really bad design. This is much better. Just wish the upper cabinets were taller so they had at least 3 shelves. That second bathroom wad very nice, my only thing is the towel bar wouldn't be mounted in there. Master bathroom also very nice, love the shower and just would add a had wand too.
Not gonna lie. I like this version more than the other version(2083). This version has 4 bedrooms. For me I will use the door at 1:00 as the FRONT DOOR and the room 2:04 as THE LIVING ROOM. The room at 7:38 I will use it as "the family room" or something and leads to the backyard.
Love this except there is no soaking tub in the master, which is a must for me. Its also weird that that the facet for the shower is so far away. I wonder if you can make changes to master bath.
The front door and back door doesn’t need to be plane plus where is the screen door or glass door . Bedrooms to small . Our trailer had bigger till lightning hit it . This is why I’m looking. Need walk in closets on all bedrooms. Need showers that walk in no tubs
Hi Nate! This is a thumbs down for me: No soaking tub, wasted space and lack of enough bathrooms…. But it’s a nice price for the square footage. Bblessed. Miss Teena and “Happy New Year!”
I’ve been meaning to ask about the furnaces in most of the homes. Down south we have central heat and air. No need for furnaces. And why are they so loud?
Furnace is the heat source and the A/C unit goes outside the home. Furnace serves as the certral heat source. They can be somewhat loud when next to them. For some reason the camera makes them seam louder than they are. Just as it does with the traffic. I've noticed that is makes the traffic seem louder than it was when editing.
@@NatesHomeTours Our Central Heat and Air is outside and provides both. Is it a regional situation where there’s a issue with the heat pump getting frozen in the winter? I’m just curious. My daughter was wondering the same thing. lol
My daughter's and I went to get information at a local company that sells these kind of homes, we were treated like dirt, was shown a beat up 3 bedroom, pretty much just didn't want our business I guess. He kept saying it's expensive, moving it is expensive, getting a lot ready is expensive. Come to find out, they only wanted to sell to fools who would buy one in their trailer court behind the building.
I'll never understand why when you have such a large home you end up with a water heater and one of the rooms of the house instead of having it in the laundry room somewhere.
I have always loved this model. However, this is not revamped, it's the same as when you viewed it the first time. The house you're talking about is a completely different model and layout.
You could certainly do without the music!! Ugly cabinets and display in family room. Ugly flooring and island. kitchen cabinets are ok but don't like countertops, love the pantry. Also, would not have single knob faucets for tub, shower, or kitchen! Extremely ugly countertops & flooring in master bath. Shower is way to huge, wasted space!
This is one of the nicer ones you have shown Nate. I like this. No wasted spaces.
I like the newer version a lot better. Especially that the shower gives birth to an eight year old boy! It’s a treat to see Raiden and hear his laughter.
I love your son's laugh. I enjoyed him in your videos.
I do love this home.
This home is full of the cheapest materials I've seen. I live in a home built in 2000 and the quality is head and shoulders above this one.
And $360k ??? Is this what people are paying for manufactured homes?
I just love this home. It’s awesome. But I really loved it when you have your son in the videos. It’s a blessing to see him because by him laughing it makes me laugh. He is adorable. Thank you.
Very nice home. Your son is an original. Loved his laugh.
I absolutely love THIS HOME
Love his sweet laughter! Nice home, Nate. Cant wait to see your next one
Much nicer version
Love Kit Homes! It's number one for me!
Great, spacious floor plan. I really like this one!
Nice home. I wish there was a tub in the master bathroom. And a bigger master closet.
Thanks for showing this beautiful home! Your so cute!
Omg your son is so adorable! You should bring him more often!
He will be making many appearances when when I go film in Florida in November. I am taking him to Universal studios for his birthday.
@@NatesHomeTours He’s really going to enjoy Universal Studios! I can tell he likes the camera with his daddy!
Nice home, price is fair even with upgrades. The flooring is busy, would change that, Love it. Love the Tag, and outdoor covered patio. Plenty of closets for storage.
I like this one, nice and big. Love the large porch.
It’s a beautiful home and I Love the layout

Beautiful home tour and I enjoyed this. 👏🏻🏡🏡👏🏻, glad you filmed this one with the young man included.👍👍
That home is absolutely beautiful !!!
btw, that young man has beautiful teeth!!! im glad since he seems to enjoy smiling.
I like the floorplan on this one, even an added bonus of the birthing shower

Very nice and spacious home 🏠 like that it's a four bedroom 😊
I remember the previous version. Always thought that closet was out of place. Glad to see they replaced it with an entertainment center. Much nicer
Nice giggle raydon. Nice tour thanks love it.
Nicer than the previous model
Pretty kitchen, love the walk in pantry
I love your Videos. This Home is beautiful
Beautiful home 🏡
absolutely stunning
I like the information at the end of your video.

Handsome little man he is . Love his sc giggle
I'll take this one! Especially with that new feature from the manufacturer on the primary bathroom shower! So cute! 😊
Wow amazing video l love it looks Beautiful Home Tour Keep The Good Work From Edinburg Texas
I love it. All of it.
£297,756.41p Love the house and that wall art in the dining room. The pantry is huge and i would not even know how to fill it.
Interesting home. Love it
Great home Nate, love that covered porch. The pass through in the kitchen is nice. Master shower is big and comes with a young kid. LOL wishing you both the best for this new year.
The pantry would hold a lot af snacks 😊
Like the pass threw
And be sure to tell Raiden he has lots of fans!
BEAUTIFUL HOME I” LOVE IT💕
Love the angled island
Love the porch
Really nice. Just hope prices come down. Was that price with or without little doll boy lol?
Good question!
Ray den scared me, love the shower
❤❤❤❤it good work thank you.
lots of good things in this one
I really like this home. Three things I would change. I would change the family room to a sunroom, fireplace in the living room, and add a handheld shower in the main bathroom. Otherwise I wouldn't change anything.
Nice layout. Would change flooring. And kitchen cabinets to white or Grey, better match to Grey island. Love that deck
Nate you found my home
My 2500 solitaire trailer cost 129k
I say it’s should be about like that
I love this house. It has the room I'm looking for with some minor changes. Does it have to have the pass through window and can you put a door on that room? And I also love that porch and ramp.
Sure wish they would offer this double porched on one side.
NO CARPET ONLY IN BEDROOMS OTHERWISE WE AR GOOD TO GO LOVE THE BIG PANTRY ANDD ALL THE LIVING SPACES❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂
Like it name of it again
Pinehurst series Model 2506 with tag
I love this version but there are a few things I would change
Very nice home. I would reverse the entrance name locations. Making front entrance back and so forth. $265K to 365K.
I would make the family room the dinning room
The original dinning room the breakfast nook and bar
I remember the other model with the closet and inside the closet was two windows really bad design. This is much better. Just wish the upper cabinets were taller so they had at least 3 shelves. Your son got you . 😂
the kid scared me, tho. i like the shower.
Was this the one where he popped out of the shower or was he hiding in a lower cabinet?
@@NatesHomeTours yes i think he was layin on the bench
Nate why can't we get homes like this in New Mexico? I would take out the shelf and put windows. I don't like blind spots.
I cant stand long narrow livingrooms/family rooms. It's a furniture placement nightmare. One of my least favorite. Thx guys for a great tour!❤🙋♀️
Love the house. But for that price you might as well get one built.
That closet by the front door should be a 1/2 bath! A house this big needs a 1/2 bath
The front door and back door doesn’t need to be plane plus where is the screen door or glass door . Bedrooms to small . Our trailer had bigger till lightning hit it . This is why I’m looking.
Need walk in closets on all bedrooms.
Need showers that walk in no tubs
@Nate's Manufactured Home Tours: How much is is. I like the ramps instead of the steps. Does it come in a 3 BR & 2 BR with the same ramps ?
Not sure if this model has a 3 bedroom version, but if not I'm sure KIT makes one similar to this that is. I have the price at the end of the video.
Hi Nate! This is a thumbs down for me: No soaking tub, wasted space and lack of enough bathrooms…. But it’s a nice price for the square footage. Bblessed. Miss Teena and “Happy New Year!”
do you ever get over to Wyoming? I'm supposed to be moving to Afton Wyoming this year and I'm looking at modular homes..thank you
I haven't yet. It's on my list of states to go to. I hope to get to at least 5 different states this year to film.
Are the living rooms larger than they look on the video

Him and I toured these homes a week apart from each other.
Pocket Doors on the master bedroom would be more efficient
A lot of shelf's an storage room

I'm sorry. Not all dealers are like that. Hope you tried a different dealer.
I'll never understand why when you have such a large home you end up with a water heater and one of the rooms of the house instead of having it in the laundry room somewhere.
I don't care for all the carpet throughout nor the texture on the walls, otherwise it's very nice.
What name of this homes again
It's nice but no garden tub plus I don't like carpet in any of the rooms or living room... Just let you know
I have always loved this model. However, this is not revamped, it's the same as when you viewed it the first time. The house you're talking about is a completely different model and layout.
Where is this home located
This was in Nampa, Idaho. Made by KIT Homes
Hi nate how much is this
At the thime I filmed it, they were asking $265K
brown and grey are not a good combination, ever. and does the young man cook? or do gardening?
I could do with less shower and a bathtub
Don’t like the metal brackets in closets for shelves
LOOKS CHEAP
You could certainly do without the music!! Ugly cabinets and display in family room. Ugly flooring and island. kitchen cabinets are ok but don't like countertops, love the pantry.
