I am a retired servicer who performed warranty repairs for B&W here in California. They referred an owner to me with a Zeppelin for repair. When I got it in, I called for service info as the service website did not have it. They told me that a special jig was needed to open and service it without damage... I tried to order it but was told they only had one and these needed to be sent to them in Massachusetts. They had to tell their own people to NOT refer these out but to have them come in to them.

Thank you so much for sharing your insight, to learn B&W has a special jig answers a lot of questions about the speaker covers and gaining access.

Trying to fix one of these for someone. Power supply seems ok but how many voltages should it create? I have 24V I think it was. Thinking to remove amp section and replace with a 3 chan bluetooth amplifier with sub out and 2x 50W to the main. A bit over powered but it can run from the original PSU (just). I was going to suggest this to the owner and velcro it on the top / back because starting to get difficult. Looks like someone tried to replace some smd caps. can't see much else, no schematics!

Hi yes schematics makes it hard going to do modifications or repairs. I cannot advise further about the power supply voltages.
