0.1 miliohm difference is actually terrible. These cells usually will have 0.2 to 0.3 miliohms so having 0,1 miliohm difference is 50% difference and should not be allowed. Large capacity cells like that must be measured with very accurate RI tester in the microohms unit and matched with in 0.01 miliohm difference not 0.1.
