This video is to give you a brief understanding of the lamination and winding process of lithium batteries, as well as the role of electrolyte in batteries. Whether it is NMC batteries or Lifepo4 batteries, there is a risk of fire if they are not handled properly. Therefore, when buying lithium batteries, you should choose batteries of good quality and avoid overcharging and over-discharging during use!
Our videos were conducted under safe conditions, using damaged batteries for the experiment, and our experimenters were all professional. Of course, from the video, it can be seen that even damaged batteries have a risk of catching fire, so we hope everyone does not imitate.
To discharge the battery, can use an old incandescent light bulb connected to the battery for a couple of hours to drain the battery significantly. Once the battery is mostly drained, can just short the terminals for a bit to really drain it to zero. But be very careful when shorting and check for any rapid temperature rise. If temperature rise it too high, put a light bulb or other resistive element again to drain it more before attempting to short it out again.
Also, instead of a light bult, can use an immersion water heating element in a distiller. Match the ohms resistance on the heating element to match the battery's voltage. The immersion water heating element is more complicated, but it can usually drain the battery better than an old incandescent light bulb. But the light bulb is much simpler and can work well enough if you've got the time.
hi im from australia do you have any cells 3.7v lithium ion ev battery with 171mm length 108mm high and 34mm wide with m8 or m6 studs with 130 mm between studs centre . the ah not important but higher AH the better but battery can be little smaller but not bigger than those measurements. thank you!

Excellent video. Well outlined and demonstrated. Professionally kept.
Interesting video, thank you from a subscriber in Australia!

interesting video but subtitles are soo funny and incorect. English is not my mothertongue either but it just made me smile :)
I like such type of videos, thank you so much
LiFePO4 is /not/ NMC. There is no nickel inside nor is there cobalt.

Do you do battery for mobile phone power bank
Hi friend, at present only provide lithium ion battery for solar and EVs
Next time put watter ;)
