Can you do a size and weight comparison for the different battery cells from the 50 AHs to the 100s? It's difficult to grasp the size of these batteries if they will fit into a project without actual size comparisons.

I am interested. But only if I have confidence you know about BMS wiring and you have a document you can share with your customers. If these cannot be connected to the BMS the system cannot work. Please share a document that explains the BMS wiring.

The stock BMS will not let the car use the full capacity of the cells. The BMS assumes it has the original cells. The other problem is that the chemistry is slightly different so the voltage curve is different to the original cells so the BMS calculates SOC based on the original cells which have slightly higher voltage. The end result is the BMS thinks the cells are empty when in fact they are half full.
Changing cells with different capacity and different chemistry is not as easy as just replacing the cells.

I dont suppose you have any plans for a battery pack set for the Kia Soul?? I love my little Soul, but the 27KWh pack only gives me 100 miles; and CHAdeMO chargers are getting thin on the ground.

might be usefull to add a link to the product and show the prices cause many will not write an email cause they wanna see prices first.
Market has become very competitive and Nissan Leaf is a quite old car usually going to the scrap yaed with the old battery cause the recyclers are paying quite good.
What about other cars like the e-Up first and second generation batteries and a replacement ?
Same for e-GOLF, both cars from VW, the biggest or 2nd largest car manufacturer.
