- Justin and Amber's amazing Ford Maverick & Camper. Justin created this pop top camper for their Maverick and his skills and attention to details really shows! I think it would be really hard to find a setup better than this on a compact truck.

This guy should start a company to make these. There are thousands of people who would want something like this. Such an efficient design. This is better than many much larger RV configs. The average person is completely incapable of making something this intricate.

22 mpg with a 720 lbs slide-in! That's an impressive custom build with a lot of top shelf components. It definitely took a lot of brain power to fit that much kit into such a small space.
If it was a small diesel it would be 30 mpgs if not more!
Ford has a hybrid that gets around 37 mpg.
By far the most simplistic and efficient set up I have ever seen. That guy is a genius. Thanks for the video.
There are companies that spend months of R&D to make something like this. There are guys that toil for 3 years in their back yard and don't come close to this level of thought and quality. This truck has only been on the market about a year.... and dude built this. Wow.

This is hands-down the most pristine truck camper wedge-style build I have ever seen on any size build. That kitchen design and attention to detail on the exterior is astounding. Cheers to this guy!

Awesome setup for sure, but there's got to be at least 15K in parts alone. Definitely a one of a kind design, and beyond the reach of most budgets. Major props on the engineering aspect of this regardless.
when you factor in the low cost of a maverick versus a full size pick up, its still affordable.

This truck costs under $25k!

Great setup -- I have the same Mav , no lift, but I put the Bushwacker fender flares on and looks kickass - flares would look even better with that lift and tires.

I think this would be a really optimal setup for the older rangers (2011 and earlier) too. Given the size difference and those rangers being compact trucks along the lines of the maverick now. Would be a great bed setup I think

This setup is brilliant!! Kudos to this gentlman for thinking this setup all the way through! Alil constructive criticism to help the channel with these interviews if i may, its harder to get the information throughout bcuz you are overtalking the interviewee. Maybe wait until hes done talking to insert your feedback to what is said. I think that would make the video much more understandable and enjoyable. Nice video other than that!

This is sweet! Too bad that truck bed is just too small for me. I'd love a king cab 2 door with long bed. And I'm worried the topper is gonna crush the little trucks suspension super quick .
