- Creator of this recipe is Bowie of The Grill Station in Happy Valley. I grill better than him now because I have more free time.
Step 1
Liver sausage in room temperature until soft, insert skewer to each sausage to shorten it by squashing.
Step 2
Grill liver sausages using medium low heat on electric grill or charcoal grill, turn them over continuously, wipe away oil with paper towel.
Step 3
Grill until no oil comes out, use medium high heat to make skin crispy, grill until you hear sizzling sound (about 5-10 minutes) and use paper towel to wipe oil, remove sausage from skewer to cool.
Step 4
Cut each sausage to 5-6 pieces with scissors, ready to serve.

插插枝讓腸內受熱是對的,縮細條腸燒的時間它會膨脹伸長回復本來,看片就見。用焗也差不多,久不久轉動一下抹抹油效果不會差很大,煮食要好食同時要講效率。
