    The bowls were cool, but surprised that no other comments on here are about how jarring and uncomfortable the ocean drum and thunder maker were. I know sometimes people have intense reactions, but am I really the only one that suddenly felt intensely on guard?

      Ya it is loud, May be the mic was very near the drum. It would have sounded better there .

      It's audio editing, too. You have to put a compressor over the all audio to even out the volume levels.

    defo easier to do than a traditional voice guided meditation.

    Maybe add to the description a few good sound healing lists on spotify? There are plenty but hard to tell whch are the good ones

    @12:16 We get treated to a fantastic example of vibroacoustic flatulence. However, I don't think it was intentional judging by her facial expression. Still effective though as it fell below the 500 Hz range.

      I’m so interested on how you measure these. I’ve notice the change in my body but I have no idea how to track this.
