My younger son told to my older son that I'm too clingy!!!😅😅😅
No.1 teacher.
Thank you, Kevin, for the amazing teaching. I have a question . I'd want to ask you how to use the first and the last (time) in questions. The word order should be important, especially in terms of different tenses.
How about swimming
If you pronounce "button" with the sound of a "D", you're saying "bottom".
And the word "bottom" has some other different meanings.
Hello Kevin and Lisa! I have a confusion with pronounce and meaning thise two phrase: 'full of yourself' and 'fool of yourself'. Please if you don't mind to make the lesson about it. Thank you!
I'm not Kevin but
If you allow me;
- the correct expression is;
"To make a FOOL of yourself"
# (And it means; You behave like a fool and then people laugh at you, get ridiculous).
In Spanish we say "ponerse en ridículo" o "hacer el ridículo".
The expression is
"to be so FULL of yourself"
# (And it means; to be so arrogant, to have too much self-confidence.
In Spanish we say "es muy presumido, engreído, egocéntrico)
There's a slight difference in pronunciation.
- FULL = / fl / as if the "u" weren't there, I mean, it's slightly pronounced, like in; book, took
- FOOL = / fōōl / we have to drag out that double "oo"
Thanks for reading my comment.
To be completely honest i have never been there before i wish I had a lot of money to go all over the world for only once
I was watching Dr Robert Lustig on a podcast and he said: "...and put it (money) towards a caries vaccine"
British host: A wot?
Dr Lustig: A dental caries, cavities, vaccine.
Host: Ah.
I find it interesting that we use that word in everyday Spanish, I don't think we use "cavidades" but I could be wrong.
You know that you have alot to do sorry my brain is dead 😅
How can I join to your channel?
Is he an AI talking head ?
