Besan should always go with ajwain just to avoid any stomach disturbances. Oil could be used less,I agree. We can make those changes while cooking in our kitchen .

Chillas don't need that much oil. That's far too much.
My chilla always sticks to the tawa pan . Any tips??

@@arpananepal5261 no i always keep the flame low. And also put desi ghee on the tawa before pouring the mixture
Looks good but too much oil used. A healthy version would use much less oil.

A little oil won’t kill you, particularly oil that’s high in poly and monounsaturated fats as opposed to saturated fat.
