    I have made this twice for breakfast already. This is such a great protein filled alternative to eggs. I have also found that if these are made and stored in the fridge, it tastes even better reheated the next day.

      @@arpananepal5261 no i always keep the flame low. And also put desi ghee on the tawa before pouring the mixture

    Looks good but too much oil used. A healthy version would use much less oil.

      2tbsp is TOO MUCH???? MAYBE A 2 TEASPOON IS FINE BUT TBSP NAHH THATS EASY 150 CALORIES FROM OIL ALONE

      A little oil won’t kill you, particularly oil that’s high in poly and monounsaturated fats as opposed to saturated fat.

    Super yuck. Pls Minus the ajwain hing and grated ginger when making. Its actually bitter with those.

      Besan should always go with ajwain just to avoid any stomach disturbances. Oil could be used less,I agree. We can make those changes while cooking in our kitchen .
