Does it have a beeping noise?? Separate from the vibrations? Like warn the dog with a beep then a buz?

Does this box include a charger for the device or a charging station?

Includes a AC wall outlet plug in charger for both the receiver and handheld.

How do I turn the transmitter off?

The SportDOG transmitters are always on. There is no on or off button.

so is the vibration a shock or is it just a vibaration

It is just a vibration, similar to the vibration alert on a cell phone.
