Hi, Ms. Urvi. I am 18 years old, and I discovered my right breast with a mass-my first check-up with my mom to a gynecologist. I was afraid, disappointed in myself, and scared. I even cried after it. And then, we came home. I found myself searching on yt of what-will-possibly -happen-if-you-have-a-breast-mass, and I found your video. I am beyond grateful to you for making this video. It helped me with my anxiety and, yes, to calm my nerves because I believe that medication could never make it disappear, and the doctor also advised us to have it removed. My ultrasound results say that it is benign, though I still need to undergo a needle biopsy, which would be tomorrow. Thank you, and may God bless you always. You'll inspire most women to be strong because you are one strong woman.

Yes they can grow. I'm transgender so I take estrogen. The fibroadenoma will grow. It was 1.8 x 1.4 x 1.1 cm last month. I can't wait for it to be removed.
Thank you for sharing your story. This really helped me in understanding the whole procedure. My sister is going through the same situation. This video really made us emotionally and mentally strong. I hope and pray no one should face this situation ever in their life.
I went through the same thing 2 weeks ago. I cannot explain how hard it was to deal with all this. I found lump 1 year ago and did ultrasound every 6 months. My lump was growing from 2.3cm to 3.3 then stop growing. They did biopsy and it came out to be benign, then I had ultrasound after 6 it wasn't growing but they told to I need a surgery to see what exactly it is. Doctors would not tell me anything until my result come back. Finally after 1 week I got my result which was a benign fibroadonoma. I hope nobody have to go though this.
I am going to get my breast lump removed December 28th 2022 this year in 4 weeks I’m a bit nervous and scared 😟🥺 not sure if I will be awake or asleep. They didn’t tell me anything yet on the phone. My lump is also a Fibroadenoma that is Benign non cancerous. ❤I’m 20 and this happened I am not sure when it started growing but recently its 19x13x26mm which my doctor said was growing. My breast are big too at a DDD this is probably a cause of my breast tissue growing. But yeah I’m fine with pain wise now but sometimes it gets sore. I do hope nobody gets this either.
My story is very similar to yours, I had a fibroadenoma removed in 2019, I've been doing regular ultrasound checkups every six months since then but today I was diagnosed with a new fibroadenoma which grew to 2.5 cm in just 7 months. I have already scheduled an appointment with a surgeon because it's growing way too fast for me to wait or do a biopsy. I am an emotional wreck right now as I really don't wanna go through all the pain and waiting and surgery again but hearing your story is helping me to process it, thank you 🧡
@@TaylorRaine I am currently being monitored, I have an appointment scheduled to check if it has grown since the last appointment, if it has it will be removed as it is not safe for me to keep it 🙈

I recently found two lumps merged in my right breast, and one small one in the left, today the doctor told me that we'll be needing surgery and removing both... I was really nervous about the scarring and pain but after watching your video I feel better💛thanks for sharing you have no idea how nervous I am😂💛
I’ve had a lump right under my left breast for two years now. I had a mammogram and ultrasound ordered when it lit up on a PET scan I had in May of 2022 to determine what stage of Hodgkin’s lymphoma I had. Both tests were determined inconclusive, but it’s still present. I’m now finally making the move to see a specialist about it, because it feels like the area to the right of it has hardened like the lump. I hope it’s just this and not breast cancer.. I’m a year out of chemo and it wasn’t the best experience. 😅 Thanks so much for sharing!
Wow! I’m going through the same thing!! I’m 2.5 years out from finishing chemo for Hodgkins Lymphoma and now this. I’m scheduled for a biopsy in my right breast tomorrow. It’s so nerve racking to think I could be dealing with yet another cancer in such a short period of time.
I’m going to an ultrasound today because I found a large lump in my right breast I have a history of Brest cancer as well I’m so scared but watching you be so calm is very helpful thank you love I’ll give a update later 🥺

Me too. I also had surgery on May 13, 2022 because at first my left boob just hurt and I felt like there was something hard in my boob and I immediately thought it might be a lump and last February 5, 2022 I had an breast ultrasound and it came out result I have a solid breast mass size 2.5cm x 1.3cm at 12 o'clock position. I got 18 Fibroadenomas in my both side of breast. Doctor said monitoring is the way for now. Too many lumps in both breast, surgery is not a good idea. Doctor said fibroadenoma is the most common problem in women. And it is not relative to breast cancer. Only about 0.3% (size large than 5cm) - 0.012% might develop to cancer. This percentage is less than nomarl breast tissue. So my doctor said don't need to over worry about it.
@@sohankhan5012 hi i’m 20. i have many many fibroadenoma in both breasts. i had to get one removed 2 years ago when i was 18, it was over 5 cm. my suggestion is to keep monitoring and if they get too big where it’s visible or causing discomfort, you might want to have it removed. usually they are benign though so it’s not a threat, just an inconvenience! 👎🏽
going through this now and this helped me so much. trying to be realistic that this stuff happens and doesn’t mean it’s cancer. biopsy was done today so just praying!

Did your doc say if it could have been there for years? Wondering how long we can have them before they are noticed, esp if we get our first mammogram later in life.
I have 9 of the fibroadenoma tumors. 4 in my right breast, and 5 in my left breast and I’m getting my surgery tomorrow. I’m happy that I can get them taken out now.
I dunno why they have given you general anaesthesia. I have given local anaesthesia and I can feel what my doctor is doing. He let me talk while he is doing the procedure. After the surgery I have felt all normal no pain and booked my cab and went home. No pain. But Fibroaddenoma is very common and no need to worry so much. I have done this surgery twice. Doctor said it’s due to hormonal changes, and he also asked me to avoid junk food, chocolates and thumb ups.
Thank youu so much!!!! It is such a relief for me !! I can't thank you enough i was worrying, crying, freaking out that what would now happen! Thank you so much for sharing your experience
I had the exact same experience except I have a lot of fibroadenomas (more that 6 lumps) in both breasts and the biggest one was almost 3cm and I had it removed. I also have an inflamed one according to my doctor with an irregular shape and its causing me burning/stinging pain but its way too small to remove but thankgod they're all benign
Omg ... Wow!!!! You didn't do the biopsy first. In medical terms they actually did the procedure in a reverse manner. Biopsy should have been the first step. It's not very painful either. I'm happy that it was a benign lump and not cancerous because if it was cancerous then you had to go back for another procedure. My advice to all, if you have a lump pls do not be scared of a biopsy it's not so painful and it is very important.
I’ve had 4 times! I’ve had core needle biopsies, and surgical excisions! I asked the doctor why did I keep forming them and he said it’s because of my hormones. I haven’t had any since menopause.

Going through it rn . Tensed and depressed like anything 😞
I can understand but I would say trust your doctor. That's the mistake I made I didn't trust them and I was very depressed and scared at that time.
Same yrr 🥺
It’s really painful🥺

What symptoms did you have? I have on both breast but mine are small and painfull doctor said they can not be removed since they are small.
Mam any side effects with biopsy?
