I also really appreciated the poem you shared about doing all the things we're supposed to do & still not being happy. While structure & goal setting can add predictability and routine to our lives, it can deplete the spontaneity and sense of adventure. I'm 17,i found a breast lump like few months ago and I thought just breast doing it's think and left it alone so day before yesterday i found that lump again it was prominently round movable so yea I decided to tell my mom ,I told my parents my mom was scared and stuff I dint mind and then i gone through Google and RUclips and stuff i itself got 70 percent confirmed of what I'm having is fibroadenoma then i saw ur full video yesterday I had an appointment yesterday night while in appointment my family doc scolded me for not telling it sooner becoz i always go to hospital now and then for cold she touched it and saw and told it is a prominent lump go for an ultrasound immediately and we gone to a scan centre,they took the ultrasound result was negative and it was told that it's benign fibroadenoma and I have like multiple very very small lump also which i couldn't even recognise with touching so that's not an prob and told to take FNAC like biopsy but a painless procedure to collect that tissue like a small injection injected in that lump and they took a small tissue sent it to lab I'm waiting for my results,after these test I had to go to same family doc again she said nothing to worry I'll suggest an senior doc for u for an second opinion and she recommended becoz they lump is prominent and big it's better to go for minor surgery,I was scared but not scared like the thing what I was scared of is after surgery the following days will it pain or not like that ,so gurls if u find any lump pls consult an doc and check if when it is small itself so they will give medication for u to reduce its size and observe the size of lump don't be scared becoz fibroadenoma is common for young females becoz of some kind of hormonal menstrual science had not find the cause for this fibroadenoma it's very very simple when u find it as small ,as of for me I was like given the best option is for surgery i would do it becoz in some cases this fibroadenoma might gro even bigger and show symptoms like fluid discharge and stuff so before that for my health conscious i would definitely get an surgery if needed and God is with me pray to god ,I'm praying not to have surgical treatment god is always with us .

I have multiple fibroadenoma lumps in my both breasts firstly I had one lump then I had a surgery once, but with time lumps are increasing in size and quantity

I had mine,but just removed last July 15,2024..I thank God it was only 1hr minor surgery. Now,I'm fine well and recovering. a quite worried coz I didn't have my result yet. But when i saw this video I felt releave. Thank you so much!❤

I'm 18 years old, i found out that i had a lump and i seriously FREAKED OUT so much. I told my mom and she freaked out more than i did. I was blaming myself and overthinking myself a lot. I went to hospital for scan and they said i needed a surgery it was excision and the surgery was done hopefully well and im good now. It was 5x3x2 cm and another one was 2x2x1 cm.. only from the report i got to know i had two. Both were removed, but now im scared. What if it again occurs??

Hey! I am going through this right now i just want to know that do you feel dizzy and swelling after the surgery around the area because i think that i have swelling after week and i am feeling dizzy sometime and also my body feels weak. Reply me i am worried about that.

I have a 6 cm fibroadenoma in my right breast. I was scared to have it removed. I’m ready now but having issues with my health insurance. Afraid that the tumor is compressing my breast tissue and I’ll be left with a dent if I have it removed.

I think one of the hardest things about losing a partner is that you lose that daily connection to another human where you share all the random thoughts, ask for advice or help or just share quiet moments, watch TV, etc. As we get older it gets harder to make those connections because we are in careers, raising families, helping parents, etc. I have friends too but they are pretty casual friendships. My closest friend lives 2 hours away so every visit is planned. I miss the spontaneity of a relationship where you wake up and just decide to do something together.
