I called samsung, and I showed them proof by screenshot with my wife's phone, and they sent me a brand new one, not a referb. They sent a return box for my damage phone. People seem to forget that every phone comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. I didn't have samsung care or insurance from my carrier. And still got the new phone from samsung. The issue with your SIM, was it sporadic or constant? I have a pSIM and eSIM and there are times where both networks just drop to no service no matter where I am (Tmo and AT&T at home with full service). Edit: Will watch the first video

Check imei from original phone to this one to make sure they didn't just swap the motherboard
