    I’ve had a chamber vacuum sealer for about one year and I absolutely love it. It is not the same brand as yours, but I use it all the time. Thank you so much for showing how to sous vide as I’ve never seen it. I look forward to more sous vide recipes.

      If you have one you totally need to get into Sous Vide! It is amazing and actually really useful.

    Beef tallow can burst into flame at any temps above 500F, it's smoke point is 480f. So be careful when cooking with this indoors as you run a chance of causing a fire, or at the very least smoking out your kitchen. While higher temps are good for searing they can be dangerous for this exact reason.

      Yes, they are great. We have the water at the back and despite having a screened in patio we still get little tiny gnats that sneak into the house. It works great!

      This reminded me how much I like it. I think I need to start up some sous vide cooks again on the channel.
