I bought the DZ260Z years ago to upgrade from a FoodSaver! Although the FoodSaver works awesome the chamber vac is head and shoulders better. So much faster and cheaper to run ... No looking back! GREAT VIDEO SARGE!
Thanks brother from an Aussie horticulturist and beekeeper, great honest review. I'm getting one of these this week, got a nice deal on Amazon and your review sure helped me a lot, Cheers mate!
Been using a food saver for years. Just ordered my 260C (the larger one) yesterday. I plan to keep it stored by my freezer so the weight is not an issue. Great review of the two units.
Andrew, another great product review video. I got a Vacmaster VP230 2 years ago...before I ever knew about VEVOR. Love it! We had to get another freezer to store all the different food that was vac sealed. I don't know how much money I have saved using a chamber instead of a traditional "FoodSaver" type sealer. The bags are pennies compared to the roll type. Anyways, keep up the great work and thanks for flipping your TX flag around! ;P
I have the WeVac in the 10" size. The Vevor is a better unit because it uses an oil pump verses an oilless pump that Wevac uses . The oil pump takes more air out of the chamber. FYI, Chamber vacuum sealers create a vacuum in the entire chamber rather than removing the air from the bag like the other type . That is why you can seal bags of liquid in these.
I bought their cheapest small fume filter and let me tell you their support IS DISGUSTINGGGGG. I was missing two extra filters which were supposed to be included in the package and immediately informed them of this. 2 days later they asked me to send a photo of the catalog parts that were missing. OK a bitr weird but I did that. 2 days later they asked me to supply a VIDEO of the parts that I gotr from them !! REALLY ????? This is typical Chinese N O SUPPORT CRAP that i absolutely hate & despise as they will just delay delay delay . Think of this company this way--First they INTENTIONALLY MISLEAD you into thinking they are American but if that is true why are all their responses in brutally bad broken english ?? Secondly if they are giving me the runaround for such a cheap item (2 tiny air filters) then do you really trust or believe that they have evenm the slightest bit of support if anything goes wrong with their more expensive offerings ???? I HIGHLY DOUBT IT and am going to simply try and return the filter and give my money to other more deserving companies that actually care about after sales service not pieces of garbage like this company ARE
Andrew, Vevor repeatedly lets people know in the questions part of their website that they do not sell parts. You left that important fact off your review. Maybe you can tell everyone where to get parts when their vevor machine breaks down. Aparently the most common failures are the heat mechanism that seals the bags and the gasket that seals the vacuum chamber.
Buyer beware. I have the 260z and the heating element went out after 6 months and stopped sealing. Vevor Customer service said they couldn't fix it and offered me $34 to keep it. It's been weeks of trying to communicate with them about a solution. 😔

Andrew, I've never considered the Vevor product line until now. Thank you for showing these in comparison.

Stuffed animals were harmed in the making of this video.... Heading your way now to vacuum seal my ammo 😊
Awesome review looking at getting me one thanks

The Meat vacuum Sealer Co. The worst custumer service I have had in the last 15 years! I paid more at Cabela`s but it was worth it!
Thought about purchasing one of these, but the reviews for Vevor put me off
I want one but I can't justify it hehe gotta stay with the smaller old school vac sealer
The machine exchanges atmospheric pressure to remove the air from the bag.
Will these seal mylar bags? I have been kicking around the idea of buying one.
I wonder if you could use the word "actually" any more than you did.
Will the smaller one handle a mason jar 1qt. On its side?
Just a quick notice that Amazon has the Vevor 260w on sale today for $213 and only a few left 11/20/24

How much does the smaller one weigh?
