Any guitar player out there, who doesnt get shivers during Janick's solo should check their brains, that solo got to be one of the finest moments for Mr Gers. This song for sure is an anthem, a heavy metal anthem! Up the irons!!
So many a Maiden song from this album onward are anthems in their own right, but yeah. This is one of Janick's strongest performances since he shredded open No Prayer for the Dying like fucking Wolverine!

It's a beautiful ballad. The thing that I like the most 'bout Maiden is they can connect with the human spirit (not in the religious sense). For example, if you hear 2A.M, from the X factor album, you can find another situation, very different. So dark, so depressed, but real to the bone. They can connect with the brighter side (wildest dreams) and darker side (2A.M).They're simply perfect.

I still remember the speech Bruce has delivered at Wacken 2016 - about how stupid politicians manage to divide us over and over again - and how the work of musicians counter that. Then they fired up this song. Live stream comments went totally mad - as some people believed it to be an anti-Brexit statement.

Today i found out metal is great when i get a new cochlear implant because the static goes away wayyy faster. A few minutes ago the volume was low now i maxed the implants volume. The louder, the better!

Moving song and such a beautiful ballad from the greatest band of all time, Janick's solo is gorgeous and never fails to bring a tear to my eye. It's a perfect song by Steve Harris, I so want to go to a live concert and see them perform this live. I have no doubt it will be pure magic.
It's one of my favourite songs of theirs to see live and I've been fortunate to see them perform it on 4 occasions including this one. It's a lovely song to break up the head banging songs for 7 minutes and just stand there in awe cheering and singing along. Janicks solo amazes me every time I see it

My love and admiration for theese guys are from here to eternity, they are unmached, untouched and in a league of their own, and the iconis solo of Janick Robert Gers is magic, true essence of beauty, and perfection.....
Maiden is just fantastic on all counts. Bruce Dickinson rates up with Robert Plant as a singer and front man. Never seen so many dudes banging on the guitars like only Iron Maiden can. This video gives us viewers the visual part of a Maiden concert certain to blow you away as this crowd was. Do not have many of their albums, at least 16 were made. These guys deserve a lot of credit to be still rocking out at their age and all the kids love it. Enjoy it while you can it does not last forever (the touring part).
Truly an emotional song -Amazing! Dave Murray is such a virtuoso guitarist. He is extremely fast with the legato, but at the same time, he has the smoothest and most delicate staccato! That beautiful intro sums it up perfectly ;)

This song, Tears of a clown and Empire of the Clouds drew me into becoming a fan of this band, their lyrics are so beautiful and the sounds of the musicians is just so powerful and moving. There is no equal to Iron Maiden for me, I may be 22 and a very new fan but I cannot get through a day without listening to them. I’m the only girl in my dorm who loves their music but I’m so proud to be a fan.

The same happened the following year at the two 02 gigs. This was weeks after the Ariana Grande Manchester concert attacks. Again, emotions were high for this song. It was a truely beautiful moment. Gets me everytime.

As we often do, yet now we're all in the same boat trying to stay afloat together. - I think it's time we take a good look at ourselves, not only as individual people but as a whole people, seeing how we can better ourselves and our world. - I know that we tend to turn to our selfish ways, as if nothing happened, but it's a good thing to keep in mind where we stand in reality, wherever we stand. - We are all connected.

I’m seeing them twice this year which I just can’t wait for, in the past year I’ve heard every song of theirs and I am blown away by their music and passion for real Metal. This song Blood Brothers is pure magic and it’s so powerful, I’m blessed to be a part of the Maiden family. Such as shame they edited out Bruce’s introduction to the song. It was the day after the Orlando Massacre and Bruce gave a short speech that perfectly summed up the sentiments of the day.
I saw them in Download Paris 2016, we just learned the terrible Orlando massacre some hours after, but Bruce made such beautiful and powerful speech too, about the terrorist attacks VICTIMS, especially about attacks in Paris and at the Bataclan .. so emotional, I have almost cried and wasn't alone. The lyrics of this song have never been so true : we're all Blood Brothers !
Simon B unfortunately I think his speech never gets out of date.....there are so many massacres all over the world, some minor and some greater, and I believe the racial problems are the main reason .....why do people forget words like compassion, understanding and acceptance ???? I consider myself super lucky to have started listening to iron maiden in the last three years! I'm not from the English speaking world so the rock /metal that I listened to I had to dig to discover, and while I enjoyed listening to it, it stopped inspiring me musically and I would've likely stopped playing guitar which was something so important to me, but I'm blessed that's not the case now, I get to be inspired and learn from their awesome music
