No kidding! I'm so bad, if I get a hint of a thought that the food might not be good, I'll ask for a refund or walk out in the middle of my order. I've turned around and walked out of a place right after walking in because something wasn't right.
For this, I would have returned it and not ordered anything else. Also, if I was reviewbrah, I would consider starting a channel shaming restaurants when they're crap. We want to know the location of the franchise so we can boycott them. Let bad places go out of business.

Sonic is now offering on their $1.99 menu nationwide- a double cheeseburger which can be gotten without the 2 slices of melted American cheese, with or without onions & lettuce, but tomato is 25 cents extra. It's the same amount of beef as the McDonald's 1/4 pounder costing $7-9. The Sonic burger also tastes better.

I’ve noticed when eating out, no matter the type of restaurant, that food quality has declined a lot. I’ve also noticed this with frozen foods in the grocery store. They use cheaper ingredients and it’s not the same.
I know it isn't cheap but try it once. A Five Guys Bacon Cheeseburger. Ask for Mayo onion lettuce (pickle optional) tomato.

Yes. They substitute a lot of bulk, frozen ingredients to increase profits. Even basic things like pasta at an Italian place using store bought dried spaghetti, garlic comes out of a jar....nothing seems to be made in-house anymore. Eating out less and less because of it. Yes, supermarkets frozen section is terrible now.

I bought a vitamix. My kids have made smoothies, shakes, and blizzards literally every day since. And I use it for salsa, soups, etc. my first job was DQ. They’ve gone downhill and the prices are insane… especially since I doubt the boss makes them break down and clean all the soft serve parts and machine each night.
But Dairy Queen is really good.

Every time I go to a McDonald’s drive through now, they are rude through the speaker, and at the window they hand me a drink and tell me to pull up to a parking space. I then wait 10 minutes and end up having to go in myself and remind them that I ordered something.

Huh, i ate the smoky blt yesterday and i was dissapointed by it as well. I love mcdonalds quarter pounders so it was weird to me to it didn't taste good at all. Thanks for confirming my feelings about it. A blessing in disguise i guess, itll be easier to avoid mcdonalds for now, lol.

"They did not include the spoon". The biggest issue McDonnald has is it charges high prices and is low quality and skimp on things like spoons, napkins, sauces, ketchup ect. Evey time I used to go to McDonnalds I felt like it like it was cheap, cheap, cheap, but price, price, price. Who wants that, not me. I think McDonnalds is living on nostalgia and its past of being decent cheap food, things that are wearing very thin and not true anymore and that is exactly why they are hurting so badly now.
Apparently they've begun gradually phasing out free refills, too. People have reported that some locations have already moved the soda fountain behind the counter so as to make it inaccessible to customers...

I was less disappointed when I cut my knuckle open in a running air conditioner fan blade than the most recent time I went to McDonalds. And that's not even an exaggeration. When I cut my finger they gave me good food and narcotics. 😭
I'm an avid McDonalds fan. Been since my childhood. But recently i haven't been to one due to their prices. On top of that their service has gone downhill. I remember when fast food...was fast. Now, i've literally waited over 30 minutes in line. And then the fries are warm. Sucks. Don't even customize your order. The employees only know how to make it one way, and it messes up their algorithm.
Hate to say it, but McD is going to price themselves out of existence.
