EGG MISUA SOUP | ITLOG AT MISUA WITH MALUNGGAY LEAVES | HUNGRY MOM COOKING

  • ►INGREDIENTS:
    1 egg, beaten
    3 additional eggs (optional)
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 cup malunggay leaves
    40 grams misua noodles
    1 chicken cube (optional)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    4-5 cups of water
    ►PROCEDURE:
    1. Saute garlic and onion.
    2. Add 4-5 cups of water and chicken cube.
    3. Boil for 1 minute.
    4. Gradually add the beaten egg. Boil for 2 minutes.
    5. You can add additional eggs and allow them to poach.
    6. Once the whole eggs are cooked, add the misua and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2 minutes.
    7. Add the malunggay leaves and simmer for 1 minute
