What about San Antonio FC center midfielder Mohammed Omar and Strikers Promise David from the Belgian Pro League and Forge Fc's Kwasi Poku ?
Omar and Poku don't play in very high caliber leagues atm (no disrespect to the CPL or USL intended). Promise needs a little time I think.

lowkey want Jules Vilsaint to be called up someday even tho he got injured 3 times this season and hasn’t had an offensive contribution in a while 🤷🏽
Jules Anthony Vilsaint could make it on the depth chart IMO. Dont sleep on french canadians a la Kone and Bombito.
This is the time to call up players we normally do not call up.
Dont think Gauld is worth all the fuss IMO. I think our efforts should be focused elsewhere
Even as a 'Caps fan I agree. He'll be over 30 by the time we can sign him, and even then it looks like he might get a Scotland cap soon.

@@appletree13 Exactly, reminds me of Scott Arfield. If we were in a position where we needed that depth and experience, sure. But we need these young guys to develop

@@gburbridge5966 He's not, but, we won't get him. That is, if we could 'sign' him now. Late 20's to early 30's, he could have 5 or 6 really good years with Canada. Again, only if we could bring him in the lineup this year.
Jim Brennan was discussing a way we could do that, but doesn't sound like it'll happen.
