A few months ago my husband was driving me somewhere in downtown and as we were parked at a traffic light I saw someone who looked familiar; long hair...walking a little dog...and I suddenly realized OHmyGODiTsSAraHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! And had a full-blown fangirl moment... he wanted to pull over so I could go say hi but I didn't want to be that creepy weirdo leaping out of their car and charging at someone who's minding their own business and living their life lmao .....
I struggle with posture! I am a sloucher haha. But I have been taking ballet classes and it really helps you be aware of your posture/ improve your posture ☺️👍🏼

I can completely relate to the social media anxiety. I get really overwhelmed to deal with dms, emails, texts, anything like that. The only time I'm not overwhelmed is when it's my parents contacting me. I think for me, the idea of responding within a given amount of time and having to keep a conversation going really stresses me out, especially because I get easily drained after a few minutes! It is comforting to hear that someone else feels that way!
So interesting! And we have a few things in common YAY! 😁 I used to be bothered by my social anxiety/not having any friends/being really social/etc but as I grew older (i'm 25 now) I have come to realize I am just a loner, I feel more relaxed at home on my own with my dogs/family than being out and its perfectly OK to be that way. i am how I am. 🌺🌱😁 I am currently becoming more obsessed with vintage clothes as well, and more towards the 40s-60s lately. 😄
I totally can relate to that "unopened message" anxiety! I get it with phone calls, too. For some reason it's scary af not to know if the content will be positive or negative beforehand. Guess it's just something that happens to people who are very sensitive/empathetic and/or scared of conflict. 🙈

I can tell you that as I’ve gotten a little older, I have learned how to cope with all of it, but it never truly goes away. It is just who we are. I am so relieved to know that there are others. 😊☺️

Sarah, I love your videos and your personality so much💕I was scared too to check my emails or social media, because I had a toxic friend and she very often demanded something from me or made drama without any reason, I always solved her problems and this brought me to real anxiety every time I had to check messages or mail. But now I stopped communicating with her and the anxiety passed. And I also do not like to talk on the phone and when someone constantly call me without warning and without making sure whether I can answer at a certain time or not. At the same time, it doesn’t bring me any discomfort when someone from the family calls me.
You must be an INFJ 🖤 I am also a complete homebody who spends 90% of the time alone (by choice!). Also, I feel you on the anxiety! It’s been a huge problem for me my whole life. Especially on the phone. I always feel like people think I’m rude because I don’t engage as much as they do at social gatherings but it’s honestly just because it’s not my thing! I’m actually super caring, just quiet and sometimes shy. Anyways, it’s great to hear that I’m not entirely alone in this! I too also felt weird for not wanting to be social all the time and feeling more comfortable in my own space, but hearing that other people feel this way too is honestly so refreshing!

Fellow arachnophobe here! Girl, I feel your pain, ugh And that anxiety is real. I get afraid over silly stuff, but the anxiety is real for me. I’m even afraid to open mail sometimes. My husband is very kind, though, and takes the wheel when needed. He lets me keep my space, too, when I need to recharge. Alone time is heaven ❤️
So fun! I used to wear Gunny Sax dresses. If you don't force yourself out, how will you show off your beautiful hair and dresses? Lol! Being an introvert is great! So is being an extrovert. We grow a lot having to interact and deal with people. Lol! Getting out is also a great way to meet your future baby daddy!
I had such empathy when you talked about acne scaring being a big insecurity because I've been there too. Something that really helped was a derma micro roller. There's tons of research on how they help heal ice pick scars and red pigmentation. I'd recommend doing your own research to see if it might help you too :)
I’m the opposite. I get anxious when I DONT check my emails, texts social media, etc bc i’m always that person who will drop whatever Im doing to help someone. and if someone needs my help and they died then it’s my fault…

I also prefer to be alone! And am totally freaked out by spiders - I'm actually allergic, but still they just creep me out no matter how hard I try to be ok with them lol. I also hate being cold but prefer col dweather clothes because they r so cozy! And crystals, gemstones and plants, are totally natures art, and I own 2 salt lamps and love them. you are just so awesome, I love the way u are and your personality. I don't have alot of girlfriends, but I think we would totally get along - you remind me so much of myself.

And that anxiety is real. I get afraid over silly stuff, but the anxiety is real for me. I’m even afraid to open mail sometimes. My husband is very kind, though, and takes the wheel when needed. He lets me keep my space, too, when I need to recharge. Alone time is heaven ❤️
So fun! I used to wear Gunny Sax dresses. If you don't force yourself out, how will you show off your beautiful hair and dresses? Lol! Being an introvert is great! So is being an extrovert. We grow a lot having to interact and deal with people. Lol! Getting out is also a great way to meet your future baby daddy!

I had such empathy when you talked about acne scaring being a big insecurity because I've been there too. Something that really helped was a derma micro roller. There's tons of research on how they help heal ice pick scars and red pigmentation. I'd recommend doing your own research to see if it might help you too :)

I also prefer to be alone! And am totally freaked out by spiders - I'm actually allergic, but still they just creep me out no matter how hard I try to be ok with them lol. I also hate being cold but prefer col dweather clothes because they r so cozy! And crystals, gemstones and plants, are totally natures art, and I own 2 salt lamps and love them. you are just so awesome, I love the way u are and your personality. I don't have alot of girlfriends, but I think we would totally get along - you remind me so much of myself.
