There is not any restore anywhere under advanced I've tried everything I build computers so I did what finally worked for me I picked it up and threw it against the wall. Problem solved 😅

The purpose of my comment was that I do not want to call HP because every time I do because this happens too much, all they want to do is tell me I don't have a Hewlett-Packard cartridge which I do for black by color. One is empty because it just prints color that I don't need and wastes a whole cartridge that I don't have the money for. You. Call HP they want to put you on. They can. They want to give you a new printer. They want to do all this stuff. How about just fixing what I have?

I have a Hewlett-Packard, and I don't want to call anybody. I'm tired of calling people to get my stuff online because everybody wants more money. Everybody wants me to buy a plan. Everybody wants me to get extra security, and I don't need it. I don't need Hewlett-Packard ink cartridges, but that's what I have. My color went empty, and ever since then, I haven't filled it because I don't always remember to hit black and white and I print color and that whole cartridge is wasted because I'm not using color. So when it prints in color it's completely a waste. And every sense I haven't replaced that color cartridge. Nothing but problems from you. Nothing

None worked every light is orange my ink is not recognized anymore its a crap printer
