Im no longer allowing anyone to attack me, take advantage of me, lead me on, turn shit on me even with proof of what was done or said, i am not giving access of myself for someone to feel they can talk to me how ever they wish. I used to stay and give chances and take abuse and let my empathy take over... now if I start seeing patterns and hurtful behaviours a few times... Then i express myself and go... and for many of them, I wont even engage in a conversation any further to sort shit out, because of how they handle things continuously, or speak to me... Im literally like... omg ok block... I need to start protecting my inner child and giving myslef grace thats i cant always stay around these kinds people who all have similar types of issues... I need to protect the girl, who wasn't protected.... and i need to stop having misplaced guilt.
