my metro doesn't let me get in because of wifi handling and I can't pay it when my phone is disconnected
You forgot to mention that both the app and website require you to check a box that enrolls you in their "autopay" program (which allows them to automatically deduct money from your account). If you don't check the box they will NOT allow you to pay, not even as a guest. In other words they try and force autopay on you.
This must be a new add on. I've never seen that when paying online.
I wouldn't allow me to even check auto-pay when I was trying to pay this month. It was just 'let's not work at all until they are overdue and then disconnect them.' They have turned out to be one of the biggest piece of s*** companies I have ever dealt with in my life, and I'm nearly seventy years old and it was a hell of a lot of crooked businesses.
Do you have to pay slightly more depending on how long even too busy to pay your bill? I would like a quick and short answer if you don't mind today's month and maybe even some years
never,,, your bill never changes as long as you pay within the 30 days of the due date!!!

I usually pay on my phone but this month I am unable to do so for whatever reason. I usually enter to "My Metro" and payment info comes up. Now I am having a problem. I can't even complete the pay as a guest. Something is wrong here! ?????

they NOW charge a $5 in store fee!! its best to pay thru the metro app to save that $5, but they don't have the google pay option,, only to use a physical card!!😢
