The Navigator is fresh with better tech and updates. Escalade is about 4 years late with a complete redo. I've had my Navigator for 15K miles (2019) now and can't say enough about it. I drove both and Navigator wins in every category. I admit, when I started shopping I was originally set on the Cad due to its appealing styling, but once I drove the Nav, the decision was easy. You do know the New Escalade will be announced within few weeks and it was only a couple years ago that the Navigator was using a 10 year old platform with no major updates. In this case Cadillacs vehicle cycle is way shorter than Lincolns.

Joe, The Cadillac Escalade is a decent luxury suv it has a nice engine, has a strong towing capability but there are some big downfalls the navigator has a better ride than the Escalade, It also handles better but the biggest downfall is the interior the navigator has a upscale Cabin and it has better materials than those found in the Escalade In the end the Escalade is youst a rebadged Yukon Denali.

I think the 2021 Escalade will bring the inovation the Escalade needs. This 2015-2020 body style is getting long in tooth and that old cue system is beyond outdated. Dont get me wrong I think this body style has held up really well and to me is the most iconic escalade. I do like what they have done to the 2020 model by blacking it real nice touch. The sunroof really needs to be an ultra view. I just think the 2021 model is gonna be pure fire!!!!!
Hey joe, I want a big SUV but I don’t want something super expensive. Can you please review the Ford Expedition or the Chevy suburban. I choose you because you do everything so perfect and precisely please do these
GM really needs to rethink their SUV naming strategy because it's confusing since each one of them is expensive for very little changes the more you pay. You've got the Tahoe and Suburban on the Chevy end, the Yukon which costs more on the GMC end that literally looks identical other than a few exterior changes, then the Escalade. What is really supposed to differentiate each one of these brands since they all seem to be having an identity crisis? Ford makes it simple, you want the more mainstream version you get the Expedition, you want the luxury version you get the Navigator. Simple

Why not go Escalade when they priced the same as Suburban/Yukon? You can't get 2021s, those that are tripping over themselves are paying over MSRP, which is stupid. It's a suburban with different plastic grille and front bumper and some other differences, but not many. Nevermind the old RWD cars all the way up to the last 1996 Fleetwood had chrome steel bumpers and they costed way less.
Pimpmibile! Caddy's version of the Suburban cruise boat SUV Well done, but pricey. And reliability and cost as it gets older may be an issue, but if you can afford this, and it's not too bad, with strict maintenance, care, and not abused and trashed, it is nice, and very capable performance, handling and safety, due to its size, and great cargo capability, and folding seat design. Zonks for single exhaust tip for such a big engine, vehicle and its price, as well as other things you mentioned, like the roof liner and sun roof, though, that would not be an issue for me, but for what it is, it should have the bigger, full panel, or two sunroofs, if more structurally practical. Just the right mix of black and chrome highlights, and nice wheels and tire design and size for this vehicle. If you need big, performance, and luxury, this is the way to go, or maybe the Navigator. Im glad there's still a brand-new SUV with rear solid axel available today and very spacious engine bay to work on it, I need to run🏃 to mi local Chevy dealer and pick a Tahoe or Escalade because there's not going to be any more made like these current ones.. I dislike👎 everything about the 2021except the front end of it👍 that's a badass Chevy Silverado design on the Tahoe I gotta say
I see complaints about the non dual exhaust but in reality its not many vehicles on the market that have true duals unless they are legitimate sports cars. All you generally see is a dual tip muffler.
My only problem with GM, is there interior materials, low quality. Exterior looks have always been the best... Owning one personally and owning ford products as well I can speak from experience...plus my friends have them currently and the quality is just not there!
There is not enough space to put my feet right between the third and second seats. I always have to twist my feet and that's uncomfortable. on short journeys and long journeys, with twisted feet. And I'm tiny. 5.3ft and my feet’s doesn't fit.
@ 8:13 Not a fan of that GM plastic (doon panel). A shame the big 3 doesn't use much better grade materials, eg Bakelite, marine upholstery and carpeting, for their interiors (to better differentiate a Chevy from a Cadillac, etc...). .
Almost Everything you zonked, You get on the platinum trim vs the premium luxury sport trim you reviewed from the shifter being leather to the suede headliner. I’m not sure what SUV in this class has ventilated seats in the mid row tbh.

See at the McCormick place
Nice review brother. But I stay all day long with the navigator
Thanks Matt! I can totally understand that!
At the end of the day which one is your favorite Joe?
@@mattagui5718 Navigator
This is Bad Ass Esclade ready to kick some asses 😊❤️✔️
How do you tie anything to those roof rails? They look like they sit flush to the roof.
The inside of the navigator is like staying at the four season’s
The Escalade is like staying at Hilton! It’s alright but it’s not the the four season’s
I like the way you put that Billy!
And the answer is:
NOPE.
2020 Navigator is way better for a lower price.
Exactly...
Thanks for your input and perspective! I appreciate you watching!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this one!
Escalade out sales the Navigator 2 to 1
lostfound34 because GM whores out the car they have to discount it up to 10k to make a sale.
I’ve done sales at both Cadillac and Lincoln.
Very good points Gerardo! Thanks for sharing them!
it’s a land yacht. just needs one of those boat style throttles. the dash and center console reminds me of a luxury boat hehe
I feel your pain!
The only thing missing is the flag and the motorcycle security personnel leading and behind the vehicle. I guess I can live with that. Thank you.
You are so very welcome!
I see complaints about the non dual exhaust but in reality its not many vehicles on the market that have true duals unless they are legitimate sports cars. All you generally see is a dual tip muffler.
Thanks for your input and perspective! I appreciate you watching!
I honestly think the infotainment screen should be much bigger.
Navigator looks classier
AGREED!
I don’t think anyone caught the zombie land joke about the Twinkie’s
Yes sir Teddy!
Beautiful SUV and also vlog
the sad part is I would probably buy another one because I love the escalade, my wife is going for a lexus
Hey I am a firm believer in get what you want.
Your wife knows what's best lol.
Lexus LX? Dependable, luxurious vehicle for the money.
TheLU83 Cadillac has more cargo, better fuel economy and more tech. Most people don’t take them off-road so I think Cadillac is a great option.
Leta not forget that cadillacs motors last forever
having hard time standard one or ESV?
@ 8:13 Not a fan of that GM plastic (doon panel). A shame the big 3 doesn't use much better grade materials, eg Bakelite, marine upholstery and carpeting, for their interiors (to better differentiate a Chevy from a Cadillac, etc...). .
Thanks for sharing your input and perspective! I really appreciate you watching!
I feel like Lincoln is the design and style Cadillac should be these days. Telluride is taking 2nd if not 1st. Aviator puts those swings for 1st.
Thanks for sharing your input and perspective! I appreciate you watching!
“So your not gonna scratch your iPhone 20
Thanks for letting me share some laughs with you!
Almost Everything you zonked, You get on the platinum trim vs the premium luxury sport trim you reviewed from the shifter being leather to the suede headliner. I’m not sure what SUV in this class has ventilated seats in the mid row tbh.
Thanks for your input and perspective! I appreciate you watching!
Raiti's Rides you’re welcome, love the content. Keep em coming,
