Hey I lost my biological grandfather like a couple days ago after Mother's day. Like I found out that my biological grandfather died when my parents told me and I was hurting cuz the last time I heard from him was on mother's day when I called him and we had a great talk and I just wanted to say happy mother's day to my biological grandmother so I told my biological grandfather to tell her happy mother's day and he was a very nice man. He was a great man who makes me smile, tell jokes to make me laugh and he also told some people about me and he was an amazing person to everyone and before he died, I told him that I love him so much and I miss him and he said the same thing and my last word were" well it was nice talking to you grandpa. I love u. Sleep well." And he said" u too kiddo." And then a couple days later I found out that he died in his own sleep and it's hurts even more to think about it and I was crying so hard that I went to his funeral and I cry even more with my family and I felt the pain hurts me. When I went to his funeral, it was cold, cloudy, rain and it was quiet without him even tho he's in heaven now rest in peace with Jesus and he's with Jesus forever so this song reminds me of him so much that I still feel sad of this song and I have some memories of him in photos about how we had our good times and I feel sad but at the same time I feel happy that my biological grandfather is in heaven forever and ever. I visited his grave in California where I was born at and he known me since I was born and I said something blessings to his grave and dropped dirt on his grave for his blessings while I have tears in my eyes and let me tell u losing a family members hurts but I'm happy that he's in heaven forever and ever with Jesus probably watching me down from heaven being proud of me as always.🙏❤️❤️🩹

My cat that has always made me happy in the worst situations has cancer and i just found out. Please pray for me so i dont lose my tiny token of sunshine. I have no idea what i will do if i lost her. Im crying while typing this. I pray she doesn’t go but sometimes things die. I know god always has reasons for taking things but i cant take it. Please pray for my baby sunshine. If i didnt have her to make me happy i would wither away into a deep whole forever. I cant take it. Just please pray so i maybe get a slim more chance for my baby to stay with me. 17, within two this 3 months I have experienced alot so much that can't even compare to the despair I had for my entire life. All started with my first panic attack where I could not breath I was quickly drove to nearby clinic I was a brave kid but that day change my fearless future I thought I have. And have few more major panic attacks like the third one where I really thought I was gonna die everything went slow, I was alone, first time in my life I actually felt helpless and scared of death and can't even be save in the hospital it was the most scary incident in my entire life where my heart rate was at 170 and still rising to the 190s and all the nurses rushes in to say breath in and out and calm down but I could not at the same time I suffer heart burn and gerg and it hurts more and I could not breath I was in the ER and no doctor came and see me I was helpless and scared little kid all these panic attack was triggered when I got my exam results I think add onto the previous stress and dysthymia build up over the years being in the top 1 class of entire school while being a kid that likes to enjoy life I took the math result and I failed and I expected the lowest so I thought I wasn't border by it and then went home and slowly all thoughts creeped in on me and triggered difficulty breathing and numbness from fingers to legs to neck and chin. And after those hospitals stays full body check up except for MRI cause I would trigger my panic attack when I went into it cause I need to be in a tight space for 40 minutes which if I never experience panic attack I would be fine before but I could not back then and after hospital phase I started to have bunch of cardiophobia where I thought I could die anytime like sudden death, or I won't wake up whenever I thought of that it scares me cause I still have stuff I wanna try. Cardiophobia is the scariest thing and phobia to have 😢 for months and I still have it I'm better now but worst is yet to come with my finals coming up this final is so important it is the most important exam of my life and anybody's and I only have one chance and I am under prepared I didn't attend school for 1 month now and I'm scared of returning and showing up cause I feel ashamed to enter my class to face my classmates and my teachers and one of my favourite teacher just retired 2 weeks ago 😢 although she was strict she still have a nice side and she is good at teaching. So many things happend in this past month and I was so under prepare for death of one of my closest uncle, he was nice, kind and funny and also loud 😂😞 like he always help us if pipes or doors are broken or need to replace he can do any piping's or house fixings and he always helped us and we always visit and bring him food to eat together we would make deserts for him and he is the only uncle that help us and come visit us without any intentions but help. Whenever he visits we would know is him even when we are sleeping he is just that loud 😂 he died in a very unexpected and sad way he died an almost instant death due to heart vein stuck and ummm just speaking about this made me have sudden cardiophobia thoughts but he died nearby on his favourite coffee shop that he always go and drink after night shift and chill and play games but that day he suddenly faint and my grandma was nearby there the town knowing we are close they told my grandma to tell my parents to quickly bring him to the hospital and we did my mother called my big brother that works out and to carry him with my always listening ear after panic attack I could piece together the situation in my room immediately rush out and help as well cause I know my uncle is kinda big in size and not even my brother alone can do it and I was right there are five big guys carrying him when we arrive but he still cant move cause one of his legs was not carried I rush out of the car and helped and shove him in and my heart was beating so hard and fast I could see pulsations. We rushed him to the hospital after many longest traffic lights and rush to the closest hospital which is 3-5 minutes and I rush into the ER and call for front desk like I did when I had panic attack and could not breath and they rushed out and carry him in, although I had a bad and dark feeling I brushed it aside and pray to God and accept any results after an hour the doctors and his brother came out with the news that he is gone and we all sat there while the sun is setting on my left a bright orange sun. I remember them all perfectly and we'll and that is my cons being able to have almost perfect memories of these moments like a recording device it is my down fall those sleepless nights thoughts of my might ending up like him is scary 🤕 and after a week of autopsy to investigate the cause we went to his funeral. And after a week I never thought I would attend another funeral which is his mother 😢 both of them went 😞 we used to be very close we live in a big house which is split in two and we would always be with each other until we move a few minutes away my childhood are with them up to 8y/o. And we would still visit each other every few weeks. Never thought this would all happen in a few months I feel like this is a punishmen, message or wrath of gods on me 😢 one after another problem I could not finish. I admit sometimes I thought of just ending it all. Although panic attack made me afraid of death unlike the previously depress me right now I'm falling back to depression. Next week is trial final exam and I am anxious my mother said I had to attend school but I'm too scared everytime I thought of school my heart would have a stinging sharp pains and then my stomach would feel like is internally cut and my neck would hurt and I would have difficulty breathing. Everytime I study for the final and gain back a little confidence something would kill off my motivation and a little will I have left 🤕 what should I do ? I slowly want to just disappear from this world since I'm already barely visible, I'm not even over exaggerating my body slowly adapts to being quiet, movement where i don't catch the eyes of people around me, where my teachers and classmates don't even notice me 😢 even when I'm gone from class for 3 months no one ask me if I'm okay I had 2 friends and that's all I do have a few lunch buddies from other class I'm kinda fond of them and they are fun to be around but none actually ask if I'm okay after so long. 😢 I always heard my mother yelling and telling my dad I should leave the house and she doesn't wanna raise a useless child and a useless child like me is not hers although I always keep it inside and pretend Idc within me with my memories those moments haunts me. 😔 although I found some interest in astronomy and space again I guess and started astrophotography and astronomy back and my interest for space like I used to when I was a kid and got a telescope and start photographing for my unnoticeable Twitter page but I guess it makes me feel less alone speaking to myself and if I die I still have a few astro pictures I guess 🙃🫠

Its ok buddy, I lost my gf i couple of months ago because of her situation. She was also my strength and everything basically my medicine. I had it all and life was going great with her. But for some reason one day she just told me that her mom didnt like me which i remember hearing that she didnt like me. And since she isnt with her biological mother, her mom threatened her that if she didnt block me she would send her to an orphanage. i didnt wanna risk that for her so i said my final goodbyes to her. The last thing she told me was that hopefully one day when shes older she will come back. 17, within two this 3 months I have experienced alot so much that can't even compare to the despair I had for my entire life. All started with my first panic attack where I could not breath I was quickly drove to nearby clinic I was a brave kid but that day change my fearless future I thought I have. And have few more major panic attacks like the third one where I really thought I was gonna die everything went slow, I was alone, first time in my life I actually felt helpless and scared of death and can't even be save in the hospital it was the most scary incident in my entire life where my heart rate was at 170 and still rising to the 190s and all the nurses rushes in to say breath in and out and calm down but I could not at the same time I suffer heart burn and gerg and it hurts more and I could not breath I was in the ER and no doctor came and see me I was helpless and scared little kid all these panic attack was triggered when I got my exam results I think add onto the previous stress and dysthymia build up over the years being in the top 1 class of entire school while being a kid that likes to enjoy life I took the math result and I failed and I expected the lowest so I thought I wasn't border by it and then went home and slowly all thoughts creeped in on me and triggered difficulty breathing and numbness from fingers to legs to neck and chin. And after those hospitals stays full body check up except for MRI cause I would trigger my panic attack when I went into it cause I need to be in a tight space for 40 minutes which if I never experience panic attack I would be fine before but I could not back then and after hospital phase I started to have bunch of cardiophobia where I thought I could die anytime like sudden death, or I won't wake up whenever I thought of that it scares me cause I still have stuff I wanna try. Cardiophobia is the scariest thing and phobia to have 😢 for months and I still have it I'm better now but worst is yet to come with my finals coming up this final is so important it is the most important exam of my life and anybody's and I only have one chance and I am under prepared I didn't attend school for 1 month now and I'm scared of returning and showing up cause I feel ashamed to enter my class to face my classmates and my teachers and one of my favourite teacher just retired 2 weeks ago 😢 although she was strict she still have a nice side and she is good at teaching. So many things happend in this past month and I was so under prepare for death of one of my closest uncle, he was nice, kind and funny and also loud 😂😞 like he always help us if pipes or doors are broken or need to replace he can do any piping's or house fixings and he always helped us and we always visit and bring him food to eat together we would make deserts for him and he is the only uncle that help us and come visit us without any intentions but help. Whenever he visits we would know is him even when we are sleeping he is just that loud 😂 he died in a very unexpected and sad way he died an almost instant death due to heart vein stuck and ummm just speaking about this made me have sudden cardiophobia thoughts but he died nearby on his favourite coffee shop that he always go and drink after night shift and chill and play games but that day he suddenly faint and my grandma was nearby there the town knowing we are close they told my grandma to tell my parents to quickly bring him to the hospital and we did my mother called my big brother that works out and to carry him with my always listening ear after panic attack I could piece together the situation in my room immediately rush out and help as well cause I know my uncle is kinda big in size and not even my brother alone can do it and I was right there are five big guys carrying him when we arrive but he still cant move cause one of his legs was not carried I rush out of the car and helped and shove him in and my heart was beating so hard and fast I could see pulsations. We rushed him to the hospital after many longest traffic lights and rush to the closest hospital which is 3-5 minutes and I rush into the ER and call for front desk like I did when I had panic attack and could not breath and they rushed out and carry him in, although I had a bad and dark feeling I brushed it aside and pray to God and accept any results after an hour the doctors and his brother came out with the news that he is gone and we all sat there while the sun is setting on my left a bright orange sun. I remember them all perfectly and we'll and that is my cons being able to have almost perfect memories of these moments like a recording device it is my down fall those sleepless nights thoughts of my might ending up like him is scary 🤕 and after a week of autopsy to investigate the cause we went to his funeral. And after a week I never thought I would attend another funeral which is his mother 😢 both of them went 😞 we used to be very close we live in a big house which is split in two and we would always be with each other until we move a few minutes away my childhood are with them up to 8y/o. And we would still visit each other every few weeks. Never thought this would all happen in a few months I feel like this is a punishmen, message or wrath of gods on me 😢 one after another problem I could not finish. I admit sometimes I thought of just ending it all. Although panic attack made me afraid of death unlike the previously depress me right now I'm falling back to depression. Next week is trial final exam and I am anxious my mother said I had to attend school but I'm too scared everytime I thought of school my heart would have a stinging sharp pains and then my stomach would feel like is internally cut and my neck would hurt and I would have difficulty breathing. Everytime I study for the final and gain back a little confidence something would kill off my motivation and a little will I have left 🤕 what should I do ? I slowly want to just disappear from this world since I'm already barely visible, I'm not even over exaggerating my body slowly adapts to being quiet, movement where i don't catch the eyes of people around me, where my teachers and classmates don't even notice me 😢 even when I'm gone from class for 3 months no one ask me if I'm okay I had 2 friends and that's all I do have a few lunch buddies from other class I'm kinda fond of them and they are fun to be around but none actually ask if I'm okay after so long. 😢 I always heard my mother yelling and telling my dad I should leave the house and she doesn't wanna raise a useless child and a useless child like me is not hers although I always keep it inside and pretend Idc within me with my memories those moments haunts me. 😔 although I found some interest in astronomy and space again I guess and started astrophotography and astronomy back and my interest for space like I used to when I was a kid and got a telescope and start photographing for my unnoticeable Twitter page but I guess it makes me feel less alone speaking to myself and if I die I still have a few astro pictures I guess 🙃🫠

Its ok buddy, I lost my gf i couple of months ago because of her situation. She was also my strength and everything basically my medicine. I had it all and life was going great with her. But for some reason one day she just told me that her mom didnt like me which i remember hearing that she didnt like me. And since she isnt with her biological mother, her mom threatened her that if she didnt block me she would send her to an orphanage. i didnt wanna risk that for her so i said my final goodbyes to her. The last thing she told me was that hopefully one day when shes older she will come back. Everyday i feel super down but im willing to wait, she turns 18 in 2 years just like i do so im holding on really tight ;,)
