Is this safe for my 10 year old?
Thank you very much. FYI: you can also just use a pure magnesium (chloride) oil spray. That is enough to cut off any underarm odor. The BIG problem with that is if you use it after you have shaven. This will burn and potentially cause a rash. I developed a rash that took a few weeks to heal. I don't remember about wetness. However, for people who don't shave that should not be a problem. Also, like you said, if you are very magnesium deficient, you might experience some stinging/burning when you apply it on skin (legs, etc), but that will go away once your levels increase. For me it took around 4-6 weeks.

What is magnesium brine?
magnesium flakes and water, they call it a brine because magnesium is a form of salt, so salt and water is called a brine.

Thank you so much! I haven't made something like that for acne yet, so I'm not sure, but this recipe might be a good place to start. If it seems to strong, you could dilute it more with water or even witch hazel. I hope that helps!

Can you use coconut oil instead of vegetable glycerin?
I haven't tried it, but it may work! I would use fractionated coconut oil so that it stays liquid and doesn't clog the roller :)

Yes! Some people who are deficient in magnesium experience itching, so I'd watch for that, but otherwise it should be fine :)
