- A look at the new Nike Space Hippie with Noah Murphy-Reinhertz, Design Lead of Sustainability at Nike Innovation.
Nike’s goal for the future is to figure out how to make the most with the least, and the Nike Space Hippie is a huge step in the right direction. Inspired by circularity and reusability, the entire collection is made from recycled materials and is constructed by means of lower impact manufacturing. The shoe is both a challenge to how we typically source materials, and a perfect example of how we can turn waste into taste.

Now they bullshit their whole concept. Even though the product is "sustainable", it will never be since the majority of the people will still buy products that aren't. Also the fact that these so called "made from trash" is probably expensive and rare than normal Nikes.

Nike is my favorite brand I recently bought Nike joyrides. They are super comfortable.
nice, i really like the "crater foam". Really curious about the softness of the midsole. And i hope the dotted part of the crater foam is like a "fingerprint", it will not be the same with the other shoe, that will be awesome!

they all are up on SNKRS app now. The 01 is $130, haven’t checked out any of the others but they’re not $300 haha

Cool Design with sustainability ♻️ can’t get any better then that! I’m in, but the sneakers 👟 must have all-important arch 🦶🏻support and proper grip. Hopefully you guys make them in Blacked-out 🖤 color-ways, I’m personally not digging the toothpaste colored “crater foam” for everyday ware. 👨🏻🚀✌🏻
