I know times have changed - but methink these boys eased in with syle and grace and this album was passed by... Tragic. It is one of the best albums of theirs, ever. It is on my "desert album list"... I could NOT live without this album. I would choose it even over earlier albums because of the strict artistry. I am so sorry that it has been so overlooked, it sickens me. It is brilliant.

80-90 was the best of hard rock.Bands like Nirvana,Def leppard, Metallica, ACDC, Sound garden,Aerosmith,Scorpions,Poison,Pearl Jam,ACDC....have made their valuable contributions to the World of Hard rock.This one ,though released in 1995...still have the touch of that 80-90's in its intro,outro and lead guitar syles....and no doubt this is an awesome song among the Top 10 Hard rock classics.Listen and enjoy pure flow of the Solo....

One of my favorite songs of all time, it expresses how I feel better than I can. “I don’t know how to leave you, and I don’t know how to stay. I got things that I must tell you that I don’t know how to say.” I said that line to my boyfriend and told him it made me think of him. It still does...all I want is everting.

this whole album was killer
Songs from Slang were def diff than their previous stuff but music was changing and they were changing too. I liked Slang not as much as Hysteria but nonetheless liked it. Glad to see they have returned to their roots even if it doesnt sell the most albums. Def Leppard 4life!!!
In my town there is an old cemetery on which is a 19 years old girl's grave. She was drowned in the river by her boyfriend who was so jealous of her. She was only 19. And on her tomb there is a inscription "But all I have are yesterdays, tomorrow never comes" (Def Leppard)...

Def leppard was part of my life in my junior and high school days in 90's.
it was the 90s. videos like this were cool. it didn't suck any less then than it does now, but everyone wanted to be serious and postmodern at that time.

Viv's guitar is just sublime....SO under used but he is on record stating his days of DIO strutting and soloing are days he does not want to replicate...he has such an amazing talent and I do think, just my view, Steamin would have approved...for a range of reasons...but the chemistry aint there with the ever shredding Collen BUT you can NEVER replicate that closeness, mate ship those two had...I will forever have the deepest of respect for Phil, the day he described it 'hit him' his best mate was gone made me cry and I was just a total wreck...."still waitin on a friend" was all it took while driving in LA on the radio..now that is special..

@sandtrap69 The problem with the Slang era was the timing. It wasn't Def Leppardish enough for the Def Leppard fans and it still had the Def Leppard name on it for those people who still couldn't get past Adrenalize. It has some of their best music but people, who liked Def Leppard, wanted to hear Photograph or Pour Some Sugar On Me. Unfortuantely, the entire CD was lost in the mix.
This to happens to be one of my faves off this album, i actually did like that album, it was kind of a nice a change, I so wish i could find a karaoke version of this song, i'd love to do it!

This track seems sharp
In an era and time when everything was Soundgarden and Pearl Jam and freaking Alice in chains, it was good that Def Leppard stuck to what made them millions coming out of the late seventies. I'd still pay half a week's paycheck to go see Def Leppard right now but they're in that stupid Stadium gig with Motley Crue and poison or whoever. I'd rather see Def Leppard headline in a 15,000 seat Arena any day. Not outdoors and a big ass football stadium without headlining
