When we played our Christmas concert for the elementary schools in my district as the only tenor player for my high school I just said screw it crossed over everything and played as loud as possible
Everyone is an expert on here. And assholes. I enjoyed watching and listening. The kids were awesome and loved it. That right there deserves a thumbs up. Job well done.
The 12 dislikes are the freshman percussionists who got stuck on a random instrument and couldn’t keep a beat to save there lives 😂 where my drum line at cause I’ll keep the base for ya 🤘🏻
My high school is right next to an Early learning center and everytime we’re out for practice and they have recess they cling to the chain link fences and hearing them talk about how loud the drums are always makes me smile
Geez; savage. I mean I played the quints in marching band for 2 years and everyday we'd be nagged about grip and dynamics. I'm glad they did because now it is 2nd nature and sounds better with right technique.
Idk how this keeps growing in views, but thanks anyways
Your video it is good

Every time I preform in front of little kids I have this urge to play everything as loud as possible

So do i idk why
Probably to impress them and get them to join later in life
That cymbal player was hoppin around lmao
It was probably a move, as a main cymbals leader, it’s not uncommon for the BD or the BO to organize a move for the band to do.

I bet them kids were over the freakin moon having a band go through their school! That's so awesome.

😂😂 man love the vids
Lmao most of the freshman in the Drumline got a bass drum (btw I’m a freshman trumpet player)
Tuff for those freshman cause I’m one this year playing quads and my 7th grade year I played bass
0:08 Can I just say that was so cool

Those poor kids’ ear drum xD
That girl on left has horrible grip. Her pinky and ring finger aren’t even on the stick
Abby mhm tell me about😂
Haha you read my mind. She has no control of what she's playing because of her ring and pinky fingers not on the stick
Dan Hermo absolutely, both do the same thing. Well at least they are gone for the next season

Dan Hermo oh man I could go on about this all day
That cymbal tho couldn’t even do some reloads...
4:07 Damn you left him hanging
Yeah nothing better than breaking kids ears ya know.
I did that 2 days ago, it was fun
@@jacobhanekamp2534 Same, I was the little kid and I enjoyed it tho
Was this in GA?
Great video, but who the heck tuned those heads? They sound like concert toms
Finally a tenor video without a zones nerd
Quads?
It’s a tenor my bad🤣
Tenor quad same thing
Samuel De Los Santos lmao they are still quads. Just called tenors for professional readons
Make sure you're watching your playing zones, especially on drums 3 and 4.
Yo was this the original whiteboy smooth kadence
0:50 look at left quads awful stick grip
If she can play that then that all that’s matters
@@zeroschmidt1247 you need good stick grip to make good sound, if not you look and sound like an idiot
Boot Head sounds fine to me
@@zeroschmidt1247 hes not center quad, there are atleast 3 from i saw. Bad grip means bad sound.
Cymbal player needs to chill. Left tenor needs to hold the stick and you need to watch your zones but overall pretty goo ld line.
And if they would like to look "professional" they need to keep their tasset hand on 1 and 2
Impressive 👌
Why were kids covering
Ears, drums aren’t that
Loud.
Charlie Antonetti they only sing
They didn’t know the Drumline was gonna be loud plus at their age almost everything is loud
It’s in a hallway
Uhh. Drums are loud. Especially a bunch of them playing indoors.
