I am 75!! And dont want to be one of the polyester floral looking grandmas and still look sharp and put together. Loving your channel and attitudes. Thank you.
Loved your video. I’ve lost a significant amount of weight and have recently retired from a professional job which had me in corporate suits etc. I cleaned out my closet and got my daughter and her friend to be brutally honest about what is more modern and less frumpy. I now need to figure out what to wear at home, going to the gym, swimming, camping, hiking, going for coffee etc and my true personal style that reflects and represents me.
Crazy how much we dont wear in your closet...so I decided to look at at my closet and started to look at staple pieces that i can mix and match...great tips!
Such great ideas. I have taken a photo of myself every morning since November. I have created a little “lookbook” of my own with things I own. It has been so great to go back and find something!
Accepting that I have a very casual lifestyle and shopping with that mind helps a lot! I'm 45 and I just don't want to dress like a 20 year old anymore. I love basics with fun jewelry and lots of athlesisure wear. Thanks ladies!
I’ve noticed that both of you wear v neck or open neckline styles. I think this opens up your face and elongates your torso. Haven’t seen a video on that. I’ve been binge watching you ladies. Great tips for everyone. Of any age. Keep up the great work
You are very observant! That’s exactly why we prefer either v-neck or scoop neck styles. We have touched on this in a few videos. It’s a tip we give a lot for looking longer, slimmer, younger...
😂We definitely are not twins! We really did get lucky with having 2 different body types, ethnicities, hair colors… Glad you’re enjoying our channel ☺️
Love the idea of not only adding style photos to a look book but also my own photos of outfits I love to come up with quick decisions for the day! Thank you
Great video! Would love to see some examples of style categories. I feel like I’m “classic” but “girlie” and simple and sometimes boho??? I guess I’m still confused. Lol.
You two ladies are wearing my favorite colors: white, pale blue and pale pink. I am starting to embrace more neutrals, but nothing feels more me than white.
Christina, I love the light colors on you today! I have a similar body type and always gravitated to black to try to just look skinnier but black is horrible against mature skin so have bought brighter clothes and your images have helped me take the plunge! Mahalo
I'm not much on trends. I However invested on a manageable collection of high end classic modern and vintage pieces.. I occasionally purchase something new and of course try to sell or gift something I've outgrown or don't use that often..
Love what you are both wearing on this video. Blue blouse with flutter sleeves so pretty. I also think the white blazer and pink tee looks great. You girls always look so smart. I love your channel.
Great video! Thank you! I need to take your suggestion about eliminating the business clothing that I no longer use. I always feel well maybe one day but honestly if that day happens my present outfits are dated... 🤦🏻♀️
Same here, Claudia. I’ve retired after decades in the legal field and need to eliminate those items I really no longer use. I really needed to hear this tip today. 👍
I have a looot of tees all colors graphics, neutrals a couple of blouses and skinnny jeans but I feel kinda bored, eventhough I'm stay home mom of teenagers I would like to improve my style. Thanks for this helpful video!
I find that knowing my style helps me 1) feel comfortable in my own skin, and 2) feel comfortable with how I'm dressed in any situation... no matter how any/everyone else might be dressed. Unfortunately, it doesn't always help keep me from making unnecessary purchases. ;o}
I’m newish so I’m checking out these later posts. What an excellent guide for the beginner! I’m not new at this but I can still use a few of your excellent tips! As always, you are on top of it!
So happy you are finding our videos helpful! Kelli and I appreciate the wonderful messages you have been leaving this past month or so. We hope you continue to enjoy our content! 😊
You two make fashion fun!! To be honest, clothing and fashion have always been more difficult for me. I'm better at skincare and makeup. Your videos really help , esp making a complete outfit. I'm esp bad at picking out footwear. I'm learning!:)
Christina ...yes, I do that too and it is soo helpful. Actually, working on my fall wardrobe album now. I do it pre-season so when that season hits I have a whole album of outfits ready to wear.
(On my husband’s YT acct) I had such a difficult time finding a style after retirement where I wore suits all the time,. I’m actually still working on that! Thinking maybe I like modern classic styling.
I’m an odd size. Petite 16-18. This not a size carried in most stores. Many times I buy something that fits, because it is rare to find something. If it all goes together, I’m lucky. My style is made up of really different pieces that fit.
I have two wardrobes: one consisting of work pieces like blazers, skirts and such… and the one I really love: denim, shorts and casual pieces. I don’t work anymore and don’t know what to do with half of my closet. Help!
Lizzette miranda I could have wrote your comment myself. I dont work right now due to medical issues and I have a closet full of all these beautiful clothes. My medical issues have gotten worse who knows when I would be able to work again. So for now I'm a stay at home mom and I prefer to be comfortable in my clothes. Some days I feel like dressing up but at this time I dont have anywhere I go to really utilize the wardrobe that i have. I used to be such a girly girl who loved dressing up.
My real style is sporty and rebellious. At work I’m starting to go more for a classic and preppy look. My mom loves to buy me the boho look and even now at 30 she still buys me summer dresses and stuff 🤍 I get to dress my son in fun stuff now that he’s 4 and that might be how I get my style fix in
I definitely went more for the rocker/rebellious look when I was younger too. As I’ve gotten older I gravitate more towards soft & feminine but every once in a while I can’t resist a rocker tee & some ripped jeans & moto boots!
I'm finding that I have two styles. Work is classic collared shirts and pants and I sneak in my boho style through accessories. The rest of my life is very boho.
I am obsessed with your channel, ladies. I'll be looking around and hope to run into you all some time. :) Your style is great. I'm a mix of each of you.
Christina, sorry to comment on this, sweetie, but I thought you might want to know: the word frustration has an r in the first syllable, too, it’s FRUS-tra-tion, not FUS-tra-tion.
I used to do a lot of bohemian style flowy tops too but I got sick of being asked if I was expecting. I definitely discovered that a more fitted, streamlined look was more flattering on my body.
I think I know my style. Very girlie with lot of color. I'm not a fan of shorts, skirts or dresses only the maxi kinds. Not liking dresses and skirts may not make my style girlie, but I know I don't like anything that makes me look masculine. No boyfriend jeans or blazers. Nothing like that. Wear sneaker but don't like them, and I love love heels. ❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻
Really great video, gals! I’ve been purging my fashion-jewelry and less-expensive jewelry lately because I realized my clothing style has become more classic and less bohemian over the past few years, it just didn’t look right. BTW, I don’t want to hurt your feelings, Christina, but you are pronouncing frustrate and its variations wrong, it’s FRUStrate, FRUStration, etc., not FUStrate, FUStration, etc.; the R in the first syllable is pronounced.
So glad you enjoyed the video. And no worries- Christina does know how to pronounce frustrated. Sometimes when filming we can get a little tongue tied trying to make sure we get out everything we want to share. Occasionally our flubs get past us but you should see the tongue twisters we edit out🤪😂 Sorry
Hi ladies! I LUV all your tips in all your videos! Very helpful! Fyi: You both say 'you know' about 3 times every sentence. Those are filler words that are not necessary and are actually annoying, and make it hard to 'wade' through what you are saying. Listen to your videos. You will hear it. Thanks ladies!

Exactly!!! 👍🏻👍🏻 Take your time and don't rush. Slowly build your wardrobe with pieces that you love and feel good in. 😊

Love that! 😊

Hi, I'm going to be 47 next month and so happy to have found your channel! You both look beautiful!!
Yay! Thank you!

LOVE that you look different from each other! Coloring, body shape... well done. Really gives good visuals❣️
Thank you so much!! Glad you like it!
I love you ladies...great advice...realistic and I absolutely love that you're "best friends" not "best friend twins"
😂We definitely are not twins! We really did get lucky with having 2 different body types, ethnicities, hair colors… Glad you’re enjoying our channel ☺️
Love the idea of not only adding style photos to a look book but also my own photos of outfits I love to come up with quick decisions for the day! Thank you

Love you two! I’ve been binge watching and commenting! Would love to see your channel grow!

Tip #5 is great! I need guidance on what "basics" every casual-ish wardrobe should have.
We have several videos about basics you should check out! 😉
Hi Ladies, thank you this is so helpful
Great video! Thank you! I need to take your suggestion about eliminating the business clothing that I no longer use. I always feel well maybe one day but honestly if that day happens my present outfits are dated... 🤦🏻♀️
You can do it! I struggled with the same thing but I never regretted it.
Same here, Claudia. I’ve retired after decades in the legal field and need to eliminate those items I really no longer use. I really needed to hear this tip today. 👍
Hi Girls. Thanks for your advice and suggestion. You both look lovely.
Thanks so much ☺️

Very useful tips and a great video ! Loved it 👍
Glad you liked it!
Step #1 : have money lol
Nice video, very helpful as always ♥️💯
You ladies look very stylish. I love your videos, very informative 🤩
Thanks so much! 😊 We really try to not waste people’s time with added filler in our videos.
Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely! 😊
Great tips! I love the white jacket on you Christina. Looks great.
Thanks so much! ☺️
Spot on with the photo images!
Thank you 😊

Super tips keep it up !
Thanks so much☺️
Thank you! This was great advice😊
Glad it was helpful!
Super helpful tips,!!!
Glad you think so! 😊
(On my husband’s YT acct) I had such a difficult time finding a style after retirement where I wore suits all the time,. I’m actually still working on that! Thinking maybe I like modern classic styling.
I had the same experience when I quit my corporate job in public accounting. 😊
Another great video 🌸💕 thank you!
Thanks for watching! 😊
I love lace and lashes too :)
She’s so adorable!
Good advice. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful! 😊
i like Christina's blazer
Very helpful info 👏👍
Glad you think so! 😊

fit is really the most important of all. Classic pieces will always work and never go out of style.
Been that size for years. If there's an ethnic neighborhood around try the stores there. Much more to choose from, shorter fuller cut clothes
Kelly and Christina...can you link both of the tops you are wearing?
So sorry but we’re both wearing older tops so they are no longer available.
Mommies, Makeup And Moscato Thank you!!!
Needed this I’m definitely in the blah group my wardrobe is so boring I’m always in jeans and and workout dark clothes and long tops
So happy it was helpful! 😊
Kelly❤ and Christina ❤

I have a ton of gorgeous scarfs but can’t wear them anymore due to hot flashes! I’m going to keep them because eventually those hot flashes will stop,
Absolutely. And scarves will always be in style.
I'm so surprised Use different styles belts as accessories! Great video.
Glad you enjoyed it☺️
Thank you
Welcome! 😊
At 38 I am trying to find my style. My job is casual wear like jeans, but i really want to elevate my look without being too dressed up.
Definitely check out our fall fashion videos we style jeans more often in our lookbooks for some possible inspiration.

@@MommiesMakeupAndMoscato i know what you mean 😊 but I bet you still rock that rebellious look when you feel like it! ♥️
Where in south Florida? I’m in palm beach 🥰🥰
We are in Broward county, Hi neighbor!
I thought it looked familiar. Love you girls! You do a great job and give lots of awesome ideas. 😘❤️
❤
I'm finding that I have two styles. Work is classic collared shirts and pants and I sneak in my boho style through accessories. The rest of my life is very boho.
Yes, many people will find that to be true that it will be a mix of work life and home life!
I love how real you guys are! You really gave me inspiration !
Thank you so much!! 😊
I am obsessed with your channel, ladies. I'll be looking around and hope to run into you all some time. :) Your style is great. I'm a mix of each of you.
So happy you are enjoying it! You may be surprised, Kelli ran into a subscriber when she was out running errands so it can definitely happen. 😁
Christina, sorry to comment on this, sweetie, but I thought you might want to know: the word frustration has an r in the first syllable, too, it’s FRUS-tra-tion, not FUS-tra-tion.
Thanks Kimberly but I got the message when you left this same comment on this same video 3 months ago. 😉
Id like my style to be a little bohemian but that style makes my body look dumpy 😫. But I have found a more classic style that suits me
I used to do a lot of bohemian style flowy tops too but I got sick of being asked if I was expecting. I definitely discovered that a more fitted, streamlined look was more flattering on my body.
Kelly where is your top from?
Unfortunately we’re both wearing older tops so they are no longer available.

😳Sorry. We do have a few bad habits & being on video can definitely bring them out but we’re always trying to improve.
I would like a Jenifer Aniston style .. but I still look like a mom when I try, lol.
😂well, according to those supermarket tabloids Jen Aniston wants to be a mom so..🤔😂
Hi beautifuls 🥰
Hello! Hope all is well:)
❤️
😘
