    Eliminate anger.
    Listen beyond the words.
Smile at him whenever you look at him.
Express your love with physical affection.
    Never react.
    Praise and support.
    Never blame him.
    Be calm.
    Be proud of him.
    Push the boundaries of love.
    Fall in love.

This was reassuring, I’m on the right track. My husband was being cranky the other day. I chose not to react, I listened and met his needs, he was soon happy again and apologised. He was just tired and hungry, he wasn’t upset with me.

I keep trying and keep messing up, then I feel so bad for him because I know I’m messing up and he deserves so much more. Thank god he’s a patient man 😅 anyway thanks so much. I believe that anger is a messenger - when it appears, it’s because you want something. You’re not sure how to get what you want, or maybe you’re not sure what it is that you want. It’s a message, telling you to look for what you want - do you feel unfairly treated? Are you hungry? Do you need to change something?
Many people don’t know how to get what they want, or, they just don’t think about what the best way to get it is (they may act on impulse instead of weighing the options). Releasing yourself of anger takes practise to pause, notice that you feel angry, ask yourself what you want, and then ask yourself, “what is the best way for me to get that, whilst feeling proud of myself?”
This is just my take on it. My perspective.
Happy for your feedback on this, Paul.

Only because you asked... the mind's job is to control its host. It is best to rise above it and its endless desires. "Seek God first" and all you need will be well provided.

Thank you so much for these amazing videos. I've only been watching a short time, but you are already helping me so much. When you say to get rid of anger you are so right! I loved the focus on love in this video, when you spoke of pushing the boundaries of love because love has no boundaries I could feel the truth and it felt like a spiritual experience, although I know you say you are not here to teach spiritual things. But thank you, thank you, thank you. I will keep watching to keep myself on the path to an ever happier more loving marriage.
