IMO you and Jerome share many of the genetic traits of the sport. Large freakish hands, abnormal strength. Built very similar. I think it will turn out to be a heck of a match. Question is what if he does take your hand? What if he can’t and is forced to pull inside with you! The contrasting strengths of both of you make it very interesting for myself to see. I’d like to hear you speak on your hx of losing round 1 seeming to be “feeling it out” then snap round 2 and go crazy. Seemed to happen a few times back in WAL days and recently against James wall. 506 which I was there is a great example. Toprolled round 1 seeming to be asleep then dominating the rest of the rounds. Do you use round 1 as a “feeler” round sometimes?
Is it just me or are you at the moment taking a very safe tippietoe steps approach of opponent Progression? Why not pull a higher mid Tier 105 or 95 kg eastern guy at EVW - to have a real challenge where fans do you actually know the guy and can get behind you?
