5 th video of series: Arm wrestling Training exercises at home. Don`t say you can`t train your side press without arm wrestling table or cable machine. Here is one of my favorite variation you can do with rubber resistance band. We go through all technique and most likely made mistakes when doing this exercise.

It really depends on you. I like stronger ones so you can really feel the tension.

The way I do these now, is what I learned in the clip where Devon teaches the tricep press with supination. From an angle over the body and lean slightly down.

Nice, what do you think about doing it between gym sessions, so at the rest days. Low resistance / many reps?
try out different variations I like 8-12 reps with harder resistance.

i know this is an old video but hope you see this, you say dont turn inwards but whenever i watch most of successful atheletes especially russians, they do side pressure training with rotating handle but always turning inwards, driving with shoulder even. maybe they working for another spesific position or smt? i was always imitating them

They are out of stock unfortunately. Do you have links for other websites that sell these at an affordable price? I spoke to Eleiko today, but they charge 720 danish kroners for 2 bands, which is 105 dollars or approx. 100 euro. Which to me sounds absolutely ridiculous for a couple of rubber bands.
So dynamic is more for the muscle and static is more for the tendon ?

Yes. Dynamic work more for muscles and tendons will grow with heavy resistance static work.

3-4 times is enough. But how much you can do it without having pain or doing too much.
@@voiceofarmwrestling i used to workout Monday to tuesday and rest on Saturday and Sunday ..yea sumtimes a used to feel some pain on my arms on wednesday.. Thursday..

There are a lot of strong guys out there but one thing I can not understand is the size of allegedly the strongest arm wrestler Davon Larrat, how he can always wins over twice as size as himself?!? And the arms of the opponents are really twice thicker then of Larrat. Thanks
