Showering alone takes up a significant portion of my morning, requiring careful coordination and adaptability. With the help of specialized equipment and my parents' support, we ensure that I start the day feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever comes my way.
Getting dressed is another task that requires time and assistance. From selecting the right outfit to putting it on, my parents' unwavering support is essential in making sure I'm dressed comfortably and confidently for the day ahead.

I don't know what to say bro. I was actually moved to tears by you video. I'm quadriplegic myself but I'm able get myself off the bed to my wheelchair and push myself to the bathroom and shower. I have always thought disability is very lonely and difficult life especially for a quadriplegic but now I know I'm not alone. One very important thing I notice is you have a very good support system that really helps a lot. You have have opened my eyes to a lot of things my man I can't wait for us to talk in person. I'm in Zambia..
