    Tip for you, only cook the mince with your spices and no oil. Add onions, dhania only after the mince is cooked. In this way the mince cooks in it's own oil and does not make your samoosas oily.

      Samosas ate everywhere. Although I've only tasted East Ibdian samosas! But with Annette's instructional video, I think I could make some...maybe😅.

    Annie , cut a slice of bread and place it on the chopping board board close to the onions, the bread will absorb the moisture from the onions instead of making you teary.

    Add little salt when cutting onions and let it sit for about 10 seconds, trust me, you’ll never cry them onion tears no more…..you’re welcome

    Don’t cut of the onion bottom. Wash the onion first, cut of the top, remove the outer skin, then cut your onion down to the bottom, then cut off the bottom. That reduces the tearing of the eyes. Worth trying. Marcelo is so romantic with his ‘honey!’

    After removing the onion peeling, you put water in a small bowl and soak the onions for about 10 minutes you will thank me later 😊

    Chop the onions in an electrical chopper or blender. I love samosas, especially with a spicy kick to them. Feed me anything Indian and I'm good.

    Always soak your onions 5 minutes before chopping them ,cut into half and soak in salty water for 5minutes

    Indians, arabs, the whole of East Africa, we all eat Sambusas!!!! I believe it was brought to East Africa by Indians and Arabs who were already trading around East Africa years and centuries before Western colonisation.

    You used hot water from the hot water sink tap to mix the flour, unhygienic it's for washing up not cooking. Should boil the kettle or pot from cold tap drinking water let it cool while cooking the mince meat, ask any Asian Indian culture, Trinidad ,Etc

    My samosa cooking is very different....i make 4chapatis and put them together in the hot pan then i pill it off one by one in already triangle shapes.....good job Annette ❤❤

    Tips to you Annette it's better to put the spices to the meat and mix well before cooking adding some garlic and ginger paste also and mix it well then cook it all its taste better
