Animating multiple items to move in sync around the screen using Adobe Premiere Elements

I was having trouble keeping multiple items moving in unison on my sailing videos, while using Adobe Premiere Elements. I tried searching for something, but all the videos seemed to refer to Adobe Premiere Pro.
This video shows how I managed to get an arrow and some text moving in a fairly complicated fashion around the screen but remaining still relative to the background. This could just as well be applied to 2 or more icons, not just text and a graphic.
I've made this video because I'm fairly sure there are others who have the same questions.
After viewing some of the videos for Premiere Pro, and fiddling about, I determined how I could do it in Adobe Premiere Elements.
Not sure if this will make a difference but I'm on Windows 10.
If you're interested, I recorded the screen using some open source software OBS Studio 29.1.3 and then editing in Adobe Premiere Elements.
