For anyone thinking that by just doing the progressions y’all unlocking it well no. Need to add handstand push ups, pseudo planche push ups, and band assisted presses. Plus a lot of tendon strengthening exercises:)
@AnonymousIsAnonymous1234Bruh almost everything in Calisthenics comes from gymnastics rings moves. But calisthenics athletes took it to the next level, further than gymnasts
@@aloci3370Fr a lot of people says gymnastic is harder. But no gymnast comes close to an elite calisthenics athlete static endurance. Plus gymnast has coaches, machines and plenty more equipment to train.
Could you please make a tutorial on how to achieve the advanced tucked planche because I have been stuck on tucked planche for a couple months. Thanks.
i actually just skipped tuck and adv stuck with just doing wall handstandpushups and dynamic planche leans. I went from struggling with tuck to straddle in 3 months
Need good shoulder stabilizing muscles. Maybe your shoulders are strong but is your core strong? You should do a lot of planche leans, because unlike the others it’s the only one where you can adjust the difficulty based on how far you lean. And work your core
@@4CUTTY1BARZ5 Your main problem is lack of specificity! Core is nothing in tuck. You need shoulder strength in a specific angle and straight arm strength; You call yourself strong but there is lot of meaning being strong, if you can't tuck planche then you are not strong on a relative strength
@@lucas59190 I just wanna ask something. Straight arm strength is a different term used compared to the shoulders right? And also, does straight arm strength specifically refer to the elbows/biceps/forearms? or just the overall arm itself?
@@not_eldrick3490 Shoulder strength refer (for me) to the general strength of your shoulder Straight arm strength (for me) refer more to the capacity of using your shoulder with the elbow fully lock. It’s more like a tool for transfering the pushing strength to the ground from the shoulder. (So for that you need to work on you biceps tendons capacity in order to protect the biceps and the elbow). I can lift my legs off the ground, but I notice I am not leaning that far forward. Should I go back to the first step progression to master the lean better?
Your back could be straighter. This is just an observation. Please don’t be offended, I can’t even do the beginning progressions, but have observed the best form from other vids online
I'm stuck in the tuck mastered it the holds for 30 seconds and 10 semi ish clean tuck push ups but the only thing I'm actually stuck is my huge muscular thighs i do leg day also any pro tips to do advanced tuck every time I try it's like I couldn't not struggle but some how doesn't want to proceed even further
@martymax3.065 true. We all need that strong foundational strength before even starting. I don't even do planche qeans when I started yet I can already tuck pl for 30 secs because I did push ups and one arm push ups for 10 months
The shot of that plane flying over was clean😉
@TheAnonymousIsAnonymous1234 who care?
And?.... gymnastics is the brother of Calisthenics 💀🙏🏼@TheAnonymousIsAnonymous1234
...@@ponalvsiki2254
Half lay-out looks harder than a full one 😂
It gets harder the farther your legs are from your core, thats why it starts tucked and then gets farther throughout the progressions
@@barracudaslicer8398We know, but it still looks harder haha
halflay is harder than straddle but way easier than full
@@konsti2957according to physics it's not,😂 but it DOES look more complicated 😂
This WAS what youtube was created for! Great vid directly to the point and as informative as possible!
True😊

dont train tuck planche spam planche leans, do chest to wall handstand push ups and attempt adv tuck planche frequently (most important thing)
@@burak-og3mc thanks!
Part of why I prefer weights over calisthenics: most calisthenics progressions are too big of a jump.
Did you make any progress?
It's been 8 months, how's it going?
You make it look so easy man 😭
Lilnick not ready to planche 😂😂
Me foolishly thinking those progressions will actually get me to a full planche.
Lol
is this going in my back day or shoulder day workout XD

Kinda makes sense. Sometimes u can skip the progressions, and become strong as an ox ig lol
These are defo the best progressions with not huge jumps in intensity. But how long should you hold each progression for before moving up to the next
I’m strong and can’t even tuck planche. 🤦🏻♂️
Everyone makes it seem so easy to tuck planch and then advance tuck planche.
But how?
